“I recently took my Jaguar to Star Gloss Auto Appearance because there was some damage in my rear bumper. Honestly, I was pretty impressed with how they handled everything. The team was straightforward and knew their stuff. They got straight to work and fixed the bumper quicker than I expected. When I saw my car again, I was amazed. The bumper looked like new, as if the damage never happened. They nailed the color match and the finish was really smooth. Star Gloss did a great job, and I'd definitely recommend them if you need a solid fix for your car.”

“CG's Auto Paint did an excellent job with my hood and bumper. Do to rusting, they were able to find a better replacement hood to use in a short time frame. They also notified me of a serious safety issue. The front bumper metal frame had completely rusted out. CG replace the part with no extra charge. I plan on scheduling the same service on my other car later this year.”
“This past week I had a "little accident" in a nearby parking lot and needed to get it repaired ASAP. I started reaching out to near by auto body shops and no one could take a minute to speak with me to even schedule a time to come back. That is until I stopped in to IBS and crossed paths with Rocco. Of course, they were busy but he actually took 5 minutes to come out and look at my car right then...what? He discussed some options and then I inquired about scheduling an appointment and he replied that one of his guys could do it that afternoon. Wait...what??? They got it done and it looked amazing! I could not believe their level of commitment to customer service. Rocco doesn't know it yet but he has a customer for life...thank you!”

“I cannot possibly emphasize enough how wonderful my experience was. Someone without insurance hit me and damaged my bumper and headlight significantly. The insurance company improperly assessed the damage, came out to the body shop a second time, pushed back on everything including a 22 dollar hood emblem!Auchbach owners and staff worked patiently and tirelessly, communicating over and over again to a totally combative and incommunicative insurance agent (who after a MONTH of back and forth, did finally agree to all the fixes because the body shop was RIGHT).The shop communicated with me regularly, were totally transparent, and did a GREAT job on the car. But wait for it...when I picked it up, they had washed the whole car and cleaned, dusted, and shined up the interior as well. WHAT? Service like this simply doesn't exist anymore. SUCH a great group to work with. Totally recommend!!”

Uncertain at this juncture in time....... smooth sailing thus far of the Shop dealing with Insurance Company and PERSONAL CALL Updates of Repairs....... I'll give 10 Stars Easy upon repairs Completions with current expectations !!!!

The turnaround was a week so much less of a headache as I thought it would take longer. They also cleaned the inside of my car which looked and smelled great! “I had extensive repair on a brand new (3 months owned) 2024 Subaru Outback that hit a deer. The repair was not super fast by any stretch but there were delays getting parts for the brand new (new generation) model and the damage was, as I mentioned, extensive. Crash champions was committed to giving me frequent timely updates and always patient to answer my questions so that I understood what was happening and what to expect with timeline. After most of the body work was done they took it to the dealer for some mechanical work and scheduled maintenance and after getting it back from the dealer they gave it a good test drive and diagnosed some performance issue that was not addressed. They made sure it got addressed again at the dealer. Though this added a couple of days in the end it saved me time because if it had been back in my hands I’d have had to return it and work out another car rental. I appreciate their conscientiousness, attention to detail and pride in their work.”
