I had a bad accident of sliding off the road on ice, but my tires still turned. I didn't feel safe driving it or trying to fix it myself, mostly as I figured there might be internal stuff. I also can't do things like alignments myself of course. My insurance didn't give many options and when I called this shop said they had availability to take my car. If I went with an unlisted shop my insurance said they might not cover it so I didn't have much choice. The shop didn't even tell my insurance the car was there for several days. They had me sign an email consent to do the diagnosis, which was frustrating as it said repairs and estimates were reviewed. I asked about that so they gave a few vague answers before insisting they couldn't do a full diagnostic until I signed off so my car wasn't touched for several days. My car was already there and I didn't think my insurance would agree to changing shops. My car was in the shop for about a month because whenever I got an answer they said they were waiting on a part. However, they were truly awful at communication. They always gave very vague answers, almost never called back, and told me to ask someone else if I emailed. I tried to reach out weekly to see how things were going, but typically had to call more than once to get an answer. Apparently they only do updates on Tuesdays and Thursdays, which wasn't true as they didn't provide an update unless called. It didn't make sense as apparently only one person had access to the notes? They also pushed back the done date several times, but I only received the text notice once, on the day it was supposed to be done. My car was finally ready and their hours didn't line up with my work schedule so I agreed to after hours pick up as it wouldn't be sitting long. Then I got a text confirmation that I had picked up my car, which I hadn't. Their after hours process is that they park the car out front with the keys under the floor mat. Having a key pad lock box is not expensive and far safer. I'm also not sure if they parked my car with the keys as soon as they were done or only at closing time. My car is also a push start so my unlocked car could've been grabbed by someone eho wouldn't even need to search for the keys. Finally my insurance paid the cost aside from my deductible, but the list looked heavily inflated. They repainted my hood, which wasn't touched in the accident. They also replaced the headlight for over $1k despite also not being touched in my side impact accident. Likewise with the front grill. There were several things that didn't line up, but I won't go through the nearly $10k report in full. I think the insurance should review it more carefully, but I know they probably won't listen to me. It was also weird as they didn't do a test drive so the brakes sounded really funky from sitting so long. Overall it seemed like the work was done well, but I would absolutely not recommend them if paying out of pocket. The lack of communication was truly awful so a true estimate seems unlikely.

They recently repaired my vehicle after hitting a deer and they did a phenomenal job. My car looks great, customer service was great, they were quick and finished before the estimated date and gave updates along the way! Highly recommend

I’m pretty upset with my experience to be honest, I had my car in around the beginning of January, my car was in the shop for maybe 2-3 weeks.After a week of driving it my coworker told me the one tail light they replaced wasn’t functioning fully and on top of that any time it rains my trunk is leaking water into the trunk which is horrible and can cause more damage to the car considering there are electronics in the trunk as well as my hybrid battery. After calling in to let them know they said someone would reach out to me and no one did for two weeks until I called in today.My specialist who guided me through this Rick has done a good job and I’m sure none of this is his fault. But it would be nice if the team could do like a function check after working on the vehicles so customers like me and others don’t have to call back and waste their time.Overall I felt the customer service was good, but my overall experience has been horrible. I need my car everyday for work and various hobbies and my time is being absolutely wasted with their cavalier mistakes.Edit - changed to 5 stars because of ricks customer service and understanding. I really appreciate him and everything he does for his customers and the company he works for

I had my car repaired by Crash Champions after a minor accident of my Jeep. The staff was very friendly and kept me up to date on the status of my repair daily. My car was even ready ahead of the estimated repair time.

Had my car for a month when it was supposed to be a week and were extremely rude at pick up. Told them I was stuck in the horrific traffic surrounding the place and would be there 10 minutes after close. The receptionist lied and said the computer would shut off and there was no way for her to check me out. I started sobbing because I couldn’t afford the deductible and my rental for another day. She finally went and got the mechanic. They asked me to take a customer service survey and I said no one should have to cry on the phone to get basic human decency. The mechanic belittled me for asking them to wait until payday (one week, they took a month) and followed me out to my car yelling at me. I was legit scared he was going to attack me.

Great communication! They were able to repair car after a deer hit the side of my car on a country road. You would never know that anything was ever wrong! It looks brand new. The shop was able to get the parts pretty quickly and after insurance signed off I got my car back as good as new.

JOHN COLLINS is great, professional and very customer-oriented. I am very satisfied with the outstanding customer service experience I had. John was sending me updates of repairs each day, answering my questions. Being a gentleman. You can sense that he is deeply passionate about what he does. I highly recommend their services. 5 stars. The receptionist was very friendly and courteous, they are very efficient, my car is brand new again. Thank you Crash Champions team!!!

John and the whole crew were outstanding, they replaced my rear bumper which only took 3.5 days and it looks really great. I have appraised a lot of cars in my career and their work is really spectacular, paint matches perfectly. The only small knock I have is the car I was given was so much different than my car, though I didn’t specify a preference so I would advise to state your preferred type of vehicle and perhaps they can accommodate. Not a huge deal though, overall I would absolutely go back and recommend friends and family.

horrible service, left my car there for 3 weeks without any effort toward my claim! even ended up having a cracked windshield through the whole process, transferred my car to a better body shop. do not recommend

Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had with any sort of work being done on my car. Got into a pretty bad wreck around Thanksgiving, and 6 days later they had my car on their lot ready to start work, when other shops were estimating availability in early February!! In less than a month, and just in time for Christmas (with family all over the state and country, having a car is kind of important around then) I had my car back and was in constant communication with the shop every step of the way. Kenny, along with everyone else I had the pleasure of working with, was super knowledgeable, friendly, and quick to respond. They made a really scary and frustrating time in my life seem a lot more bearable, and I’m forever grateful for everything they’ve done for me.Services: Painting

The lady (I'm so sorry I didn't catch your name) that walked me around my car and explained next steps was also very informative and kind. I love that this is a one stop shop where I was even able to get my rental car! Thanks guys you rock!!

People at this location are great. DO NOT USE THE CALL CENTER. They will frustrate you endlessly with incompetence. Deal with this office directly. They were absolutely great to work with. 10/10 would go here again if someone backed into my car. But hopefully just this once

I came to this shop for the repairs after an accident. They have changed my delivery dates multiple times. Even after delivered not tested properly. I had multiple issues.Never use this collision repair facility. This is the worst repair facility. I am down grading this repair facility feedback to 1 star because I don't have 0 star.Manager here even worst. He don't even bother to talk to the customer always hide behind somewhere.
