They've changed my agent 4 times in a year and a half. You can NEVER just call and talk to your agent. You have to leave several voicemails and wait and wait and.............. Biggest mistake I ever made!!!!

what kind of establishment doesn't recognize a durable poa ? we have a family member passing away of cancer and his poa was denied the right to withdraw money to pay for funeral expenses and an employee had the gall to say the witness signatures were ineligible....so beware they make there own rules up and do not follow... read full comment
