“Steven (the guy running the store over the last few weeks) was totally awesome on 2 separate visits, one to upgrade my son's phone, and the next occasion to switch my mothers previous Verizon account to an ATT acount. Steven was super helpful in letting us know what to do exactly to get her old number ported over and to add her to our account. He even went above and beyond in transferring her old phone's data to her new phone, keeping it over night to make sure it was done completely and accurately. Steven totally deserves a raise and a promotion! A good man!”

A newer employee tried helping me, but Dustin the manager, quickly intervened and got me set up.Dustin was super knowledgable and went the extra mile to set me up with new service and a new phone. “Carlos Arcos​that’s not the case and I’m really sorry that you feel that way & had that experience you did, but we for sure wanted to help you but when u cancel service within 90 days that’s called a win back and all providers have this customer care is supposed to activate those lines for you at no charge if we activate them in store we would then have to charge activation for both lines which is 35 plus tax times two so out the door you would have been between $70-80 dollars out the door since u wanted to add two lines which would be wrong on our end to charge you for something that your supposed to get for no charge. We just wanted to make sure that you got the correct service and the correct way would have been activating those win back lines for no charge through customer care since in store we can not waive those so if you would like your more then welcome to come back to the store and work with myself and I can activate those for you but there will be a charge where in your case there shouldn't be because it's considered a win back and that's done by customer care I have been with the company 9 years we weren't trying avoid helping you we just wanted to make sure you got the correct form of help.​”

“I had been to the Grove City store 2 times with no help. I was told to call in to Spectrum. When I would call in I was unable to get the help I was needing. I took a chance and went to the Lancaster store and Cari Hellyer was AWESOME! She took the time and figured out what was going on with my mobile so we could get the trade in. She was very knowledgeable on the phone trade in process as well as setting up the new phone!Thank you Cari for taking the time to help get me where I needed to be!”
