My husband and I bought a bedroom set back in December2023 (plus mattress).
For the amount of money we spent on this I’m very disappointed in the customer service we’ve seen so far. It’s may 14th right now and we still don’t have our furniture. now I will say that they informed us that it could be an 8-16 week wait because the furniture is handmade, which I was prepared for. We’re on week 20 now and we’re suppose to be getting our furniture Thursday (May16th). We just took all of our old things out of our room and now are living like college students again with all our s*** thrown in our closet and mattress on the floor, for them to call and tell us that it will be yet another week. Now I don’t normally go write a bad review for things because I understand that stuff happens, but when they tell us that our things are there but they can’t deliver them because something went wrong with someone else’s order and they came first , really just irks me the wrong way. When someone spend over $10,000 on something and it’s there I feel like you should make it a priority to get it to that customer. I will never be buying form this place again. I’ll go straight to the Amish and leave the middle man out. Lesson learned

The owner contacted my husband a day after I made the original review and was able to get our furniture to us by the following Monday. I appreciate them rectifying the situation, but It’s sad that it takes us leaving a 1 star review for them to do the right thing. None the less my furniture is absolutely beautiful, probably a little over priced but honestly I’m not upset because we were able to finance it.

First and foremost ask for Ann Woodruff!!!! If you are looking for the complete package experienceThen Ann is your furniture design expert!!!! She offers over 22 years of knowledgeable furniture design, what works and what doesn't!!!! She gave amazingly high customer service! I have purchased from her through all the years she has been there. Her product knowledge surpasses all. Amish Oak quality surpasses all as does Ann. I can't say enough about how s he make the entire process enjoyable and exciting!. Stop and make sure you only use Ann Woodruff! All I can say is she is amazing and Amish Oak is blessed to have her!

Prices are bit out of range for us although we did order a desk. Their stuff is beautiful and the workmanship, well hey, it's the Amish.
