These guys are a joke the management system sucks and they lie to your face they up your rent whenever they want and if you have any kind of dog please be warned the people that live here a nosey and will report you to corporate for anything. And god forbid they have a maintenance man come in and fix a clogged sink or clogged bath or a non working garbage disposal. Absolute joke of management though.

The worst excuse of a property management company I have ever encountered. I moved out of one of their apartment complexes in May, 2023. It is November, 2023 and I have not received my security deposit. I have been contacting my property manager since June in regard to this as in the state of Ohio property managers have 30 days to release security deposits. I attempted to call the corporate office four times. Every time I call, they are unable to provide any answers and transfer me to accounts payable who has not returned any of my three voicemails left. I was also transferred to the regional manager who did not answer or return my voicemail (no surprise). Luckily my mother works for my local courthouse and I have been contacting several individuals from my local courthouse and will move forward with their recommendations accordingly since this company neglects to handle this matter. I will ensure I receive my security deposit whether I inquire daily or whether this is escalated in small claims court. Please do yourself a favor and choose a different company if applicable. This has been the worst experience and this company has the worst customer service and integrity I have ever experienced.

Maintenance man Tim is really respectful and helpful he tries to get everything done in a timely and respectful manner he has been the best maintenance man we’ve encountered in 16 yrs living at our location

I have black dust in my apt. and nothing is being done about it. I have asthma and have had to use my inhaler 5-6 times day because of the dust.

Lacks quality management. There is 2 residents who run everything .Mary Sutherland Elisabeth mullens . .residents are tired of being bullied by these to.women they seem to think they run the place and are acting like managers being nasty to people and there family members .not a peaceful place to live

My mother moved in months ago and was waiting on her rental assistance. Kathy the manager at Bristol village assured her it would go in effect within a couple months after moving in. Here we are almost 6 months later with no assistance and no answers why. I spoke to Kathy finally after calling corporate from lack of return calls and she said she had no idea when the assistance program will be in effect, she’s just the little old manager. “Really” Don’t tell people things to fill a unit and OMG be a little more caring of people. So I have tried to contact the district manager at least 10 times between myself and sister trying to call but of course no return call. I contacted corporate again and they put me in contact with the district managers boss who did call me back a few days later and assured me it was being worked on. That was 2 months ago and I’m still paying my mothers rent. I have left messages for return calls again but nothing. Kinda makes me wonder if I’m being taken advantage of at this point. I mean really the government gave the elderly a small raise and before the ink dried Fairfield homes raised everyone’s Rent by a lot. Last thing I will say is the inspections should be short a sweet. Your inspecting adults so for no reason should the maintenance man open my mothers refrigerator when it’s not broke. Maintenance needs to make these people aware as well when they come in there apartment unlike they did with showing up in my mothers apartment while she was gone to replace her garbage disposal. She had no idea until the inspection it was fixed. Come on Fairfield be human and care about people.
