“I love this bank, I’ve never had any issues with anybody in this bank, they’ve always treated me nice, and they’ve always help me, as far as I’m concerned it is the best bank in Lancaster, I’ve also had a great experience with the loan officer there Jennifer Lyon, she was very helpful, and exceptionally nice, she returned all my phone calls, and was fast, efficient, and very knowledgeable, i’ve dealt with her on several occasions, never had a problem, I’ve been dealing with this bank for 30 years, and I will continue to deal with this bank!! “I have been with this bank since 1985 when it was Banc Ohio and then National City and now PNC. I have no complaints other than there is no "safe ATM" in town. Yes, there are two that I know of. Both outdoors and both risky for an Older Person or Female to being doing business at any time of day. I wish they would put one indoors somewhere in a safer place. I don't like withdrawing cash at the two ATM's so I do sometimes make withdraws at the cash register at the stores I shop at. Most charge a fee for that and limit your amounts.”
