We used Brennan's as our wedding florist and they were AMAZING! Our florist, Danny, was flexible, fun, easy going, and professional! Our May wedding turned out to be super cold and windy but our bouquets held up perfectly! Danny and another designer, Mary, were open to our ideas with a positive attitude and made great suggestions! I would defiantly recommend Brennan's to my friends and family!

I’ve never ordered from here before, went on DoorDash at 3:20 to order from here some flowers for my wife’s birthday. They close at 5PM but they cancel my order at 4:30. Door dash explains I will have an explanation in my email from them but I get no email, no explanation and now I have to go into work on my wife’s birthday without having gotten her the flowers I planned to. If I would’ve or could’ve been notified of any issue maybe in even delivery I could’ve decided on picking them up myself, but because they confirmed the order and than an hour later decided to cancel that same order I’m not out of luck and time. It appears a lot of people have had good experiences here but the one time I’ve chosen to do business with them that was not the case. They should just manage their 3rd party delivery better than that.

I order a corsage for my son‘s prom went to pick up They do not have it basically told me oh well there’s nothing they can do Had proof that that I called and order no one In the shop could make me a corsageManager very rude will never spend a dollar there again

We love Brennan's! The flowers are beautiful and service is excellent. I called at the last minute on Monday to have flowers delivered to my daughter in Olmsted Falls and requested the smiley cup with yellow roses added. They sent me a picture of the arrangement and my daughter was thrilled. So are we. Thank you Brennan's!

I've always had a great experience at Brennan's and keep going back for the customer service. I've gone in for arrangements for many occasions.. the passing of a friend's family, first dates, celebrating job wins, day of the dead.. and every time I leave with the perfect flowers and a smile on my face. There is a woman who works there whose name I'm unsure of but she has helped me make the perfect bouquet many times. I give my budget (usually $15), some colors I'd like or specific flowers, and we build it together until it's something I'm happy with. I went in once and needed 2 bouquets, 1 for a passing and 1 for a date and was able to leave with 2 very different arrangements. Always fresh, always beautiful - I couldn't recommend this shop more. And great to support local!! Also of note, I went in to get flowers for an LGBT+ occasion and was met with nothing but kindness. Very sweet shop, great for anyone and any occasion!

They were very professional, sweet, and did an awesome job. I wanted to surprise a friend all the way from florida and they ensured she received the flowers in a timely manner! My friend loved the flowers! Glad I chose to do business with them. Highly recommend! Thanks again for your hospitality and service!

Absolutely horrible. Flower arrangement took forever to pick up, and when it was ready it looked horrible. Man at the counter had a horrible attitude and was on a cell phone the whole time I was there.
