if I could give zero stars I would also I had a question about my hsa account .the girl that did my taxes quoted me a return of 700 after my question April senor person? Came over told the new girl good catch ? Didnt answer my question but took the rest of my refund. Use turbo tax they save you no money here just bs! 300 charge for nothing but a W2. Crazy been there for 5 years or more will never return.

If I could give this establishment zero stars, I would. Never have I ever been treated with such disrespect. I brought my taxes in a month ago and they were returned to me with mistakes all over. I went back to get them fixed and they changed the date to 2020. Not only did they overcharge originally, but they also were asking for $149 to fix THEIR OWN MISTAKE. When I tried to speak to a manager, I was locked out of the building watching the entire staff laugh and point at me. They even went so far as to talk to the customers on the phone asking if I'm out there and not to let me in. They threatened to call the police on me for trying to get my taxes fixed after their mistakes. If you're trying to find a place to get your taxes done, avoid this one at all costs.

Charrisa went way out of her to get my taxes completed before I was scheduled to go out of town. She treated Barbara and I like family. we will be forever Grateful. Thank You ?

The staff here are very knowledgable and friendly! They have appointments to work together on your taxes as well drop off service. I was getting Federal, 2 State and 2 local taxes done it had and issue with the local from my home State. They had to fill out the forms after trying to get it to work for a while as I sat there. They even called on the owner. She then made the decision to have then manually so the forms and wave the fee for that fire my time! Wonderful service!

Charrisa does an excellent job for her clients. She goes above and beyond to make sure they get great service and she tries to impress each one with how good a job her office does for them.
