DO NOT USE THIS CRICKET STORE!!!
The owner and his employees are all nasty to customers, and also add unauthorized charges. Today I tried to get the matter corrected, and the owner NEVER apologized for the way we were treated and the woman employee kept rolling her eyes at me.
Our specific experience: We went to purchase an IPhone, and was told the cheapest was $700. We looked around the store, and found one cheaper. The employee kept talking in a foreign language to someone on the phone while he kept walking up and down the length of the store.
Without asking, he put insurance on our phone. When we tried to fix the matter, we were told Cricket requires insurance.
I will be complaining directly to both Cricket and the FCC and Consumer Protection Bueau.

I absolutely do not RECOMMEND going to this specific location. The lady that’s currently working here is very disrespectful and rude. I came to buy a phone for my grandpa(it’s supposed to be low price if you already have an account with them). This lady kept insisting that I buy a different type of phone with a case and screen protector multiple times when I told her I DID NOT WANT THAT. I had to go to a different location to be provided with what I needed. Another time I went here, she was on the phone speaking in her native language, & telling the person everything I was saying which made me very uncomfortable. She wasn’t hiding it, she kept telling the person on the phone the exact words I was using. I felt disrespected & I was disappointed.

On Saturday 5:28/22 my sister was having trouble downloading her mobile banking app.We went to the bank and he said it was a Cricket issue. So we went Cricket and a really special person by the name of Willy PATIENTLY helped her for about an hour or more. He figured out that the app was an old app and found the correct one and waited for all of her 21 updates to finish them downloaded the right app got her set up for fingerprint access!!Thank you Willy you are awesome!

Got a new phone and asked to be helped with transferring contacts and photos from old phone and staff hit a button to upload my personal photos to my google without asking.

If you come in and buy a new phone, they'll tell you that the return policy is 7 days. What they won't tell you is that day 1 is the day you buy the phone. I went to the store 7 days later (exactly according to the policy they told me) and was denied the return. I'm now down ~$1000 and will be looking to switch carriers ASAP. The employees are friendly, but they need to be trained to explain the return policy more clearly (if it isn't already designed to scam people). I never post bad reviews for anything, but this was too egregious.
