My car was running extremely roughly, would shake pretty badly whenever it was idle or when I would brake, so I set up a time they could check on it, (it was my wiring harness being too loose and rubbing against the EGR tube) and the same day they checked it they called me back to tell me exactly what was wrong, exactly what they were going to do to fix it, and how much they estimated it to cost, and had it fixed the very next day, which in the end I actually paid less then the actual estimate.
Love this place for it's transparency, its speed, and its amazing customer service, Jenny is an absolute rock.
And I'd be completely amiss not to talk about the reviews here on Google, I've read a lot of reviews on here about people having bad experiences or bad repairs, which generally sounds like ignorance on the reviewers part, and on every single one of those reviews this business has responded with eloquent and well thought out answers that give more details as to what happened with that specific customer, from telling customers where they can contact them directly if something happened they weren't satisfied with, to set up an actual time to talk face to face, (and there's really no other way to describe this) to ABSOLUTELY shutting down the haters, like actually having good reasons and explaining why something was or would be the price that it is, or fixed they way they chose to fix it.
Love these people for that, coming here forever.

The work was quick and efficient as usual. I had the vehicle in for a quick check of the oil levels since this company had discovered some oil usage in a previous oil & filter change. There was no charge for this service which I greatly appreciated.

My car randomly cut off on the exit ramp today, thinking it was the alternator the very nice tow truck driver brought me to Bellbrook Automotive. It was late in the day and the owner informed me that it would be early next week before they could get my car checked out. And I was ok with that. But to my surprise the owners husband came and took my car back to see if maybe the problem was an easier fix… luckily for me it was! My battery died! At 4pm on a Friday they got me in and out by 5pm and I couldn’t be more greatful for the excellent customer service!

CUSTOMERS BEWARE
I originally went in for my front left brake being locked up. My car has always had troubles with the pins being greased and bad pin boots which I made the shop aware of. I was quoted $1,300 to replace the calipers, hoses, pads, and rotors. When I asked about the pins the tech said they were fine. I had it towed to a different shop and they told me the pins weren't greased and the brake pads were sitting incorrectly in the cradles and thats why the brake was locked. They replaced the brake pads and cleaned the caliper slides and cradles for $321. 97 with the tow. Additionally, Bellbrook Automotive told me it would take a week to get parts while at the other shop it was finished three days later and that's due to another car being serviced before mine. I also got charged $2.58 for parts that I never got along with the diag fee of $64.50 which was fair even if incorrect. My brake is still working freely and I am thankful I wasn't taken advantage of at the other shop and saved $1,000.

My tire totally blew on the way home. Luckily I was pretty close to home and Bellbrook Auto was right around the corner. I always drove and walked passed but didn’t actually stop in until that day. Upon getting there Jenny said unfortunately they were totally booked for the day but would be happy to get air in the tire to help me out and get to another shop. I really appreciated that. Unfortunately it wouldn’t take any air and I ended up leaving it there and getting 2 new tires the next day. Great service all around, and I will be back!

Overall, a wonderful experience. I needed a few things done on my vehicle, and there was constant communication throughout the whole experience. I was informed What was recommended to get now versus wait a little bit never felt like I was being forced into something. Very honest and open communication. This is my first time getting my car serviced With Bellbrook automotive and I will definitely be back.

Jenny is fabulous. I called her about needing brakes and she got me in the next day. They finished my car before the time I requested. I will be taking it back for the rear brakes when it is time. The mechanics there went above and beyond of what I asked for on my car. Everyone was very professional and the building was clean. I would recommend Bellbrook Automotive to anyone!!!

Quoted me almost 400$ for new for new fuel injector seals. Which is a 5$ part and .7 hour job. I’m sure they do good work but this place is very expensive

After my wife noticed her Honda Civic had left stains on the driveway, her son called Bellbrook Auto to explain the situation. An appointment was scheduled for 7:30 am the next business day. An inspection disclosed that the engine was losing transmission fluid from the transmission pressure sensor. The problem has not occurred after the sensor was replaced.
The employees are very professional and knowledgeable.
