After a long power outage and running out of all meds the pharmacy tech wouldn’t contact my insurance saying it was inactive. I tried resolving this on my own for two days prior to switching pharmacies all together.

I always shop for groceries at Kroger. The Jackson,Ohio Kroger is always clean and nicely stocked. Love the Deli service!

I was there today using the food card off the medicaid. Was charged extra on the total (not mentioning the amount of extra charge) I asked the cashier what's the extra charge for and she said she didn't know, needless to say krogers is nothing but a rip-off of a store.

It was evident that Lorie was not there, Manager Brandon sided with Lisa employee after she was rude and obviously ignorant. Lines are consistently long and I get talked down to on my own I don't need bitches at kroger for that

The Jackson Kroger is an excellent store and one of the better ones around. The staff obviously take pride in their store as it is always clean and well stocked. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. The best options for my vegan daughter around. The produce department is second to none in freshness and being well maintained. If you're looking for a great grocery shopping experience with a pharmacy also just go Krogering at this 5 star store.

This is a product review for Kroger brand: Carolina Inspired BBQ Kettle Potato Chips. WOW! I'll confess that I don't know much about Carolina BBQ other than a basic understanding of its ingredients from a Google search - and maybe that's not enough to understand exactly what Carolina BBQ should taste like. So let me just say one thing: If you're going to purchase this product be sure that you like mustard. I mean MUSTARD! And I didn't see ANY mustard in Carolina BBQ recipes. That said, if there actually are ANY other ingredients in this product (as the bag's ingredients says there are), they must be included in such minute quantity that it'd take a much more educated palate than mine to taste 'em. Just sayin'. Oh, and BTW - with regard to the review below? I found where Kroger moved the grab n' go deli meats and cheeses. If you're still looking, you'll find them where the Kroger brand mayo-based salads are displayed.

Called in script scheduled to pick up at 3:00 . At 5:00 was not ready was told another 15 to 20 min. I was not waiting for script to be done when I had gave them plenty of time to fill script. Made another trip to Jackson from Wellston to get script. later. There is a Need to improve pharmacy reliability. This not the first time I have had problems with this pharmacy.

I'm pretty sure Mendy and the managers there are extremely homophobic, considering that some of the people who work there act stuck up and the staff is rude.

I've visited many Kroger's on a regular basis, an this particular location is ok, it is not one Kroger's best stores. The problem seems to be poor management at several levels.
