Having this location was a surprise to me for my last blood test. The reason being it's like a minute or two from my house! That's what I call convenient
There were two female employees working there when was training and the other was the one to draw my blood. Everything I had to do was taking care of quickly I thanked them and was on my way. I was unable to complete some other errands I had to do which was right across the street.

Terrible place. Even if you arrive before everyone else, you have to wait for hours and hours!

I went for a pneumonia rule out and the NP Michelle refused to even listen to my lungs and said to go to the emergency room because they don’t have an EKG machine or anything like that… what? When I said I don’t think it’s my heart or that I’m dying she AGREED but still refused to listen because she didn’t think it was pneumonia. In the time we sat there going back and forth about how I had to set up kid care before going to emergency, she could’ve listened to my lungs. I refuse to sit in a busy, understaffed emergency room when I just waited forever at a place that should be able to do a basic check. And what kind of Cleveland Clinic office doesn’t have an EKG machine?!? It’s the “world renowned Cleveland Clinic”. Do better.A while back I took my son in for a strep test and a different NP stood three feet away and tried to swab his throat while leaning over then got mad when he tried to turn his head. Um.. he’s a kid and you’re acting like he’s going to kill you.I probably won’t go back again and since I don’t work at the clinic anymore, I’m not tied to them.

There is no benefit to checking in on My Chart for the Express Clinic - you still wait based on your arrival time. Folks who did not check in on the app were seen before me I still had to wait over 2 hours after checking in on my chart based on a a 3 hour wait time when checking in on the app. Totaling a 5 hour wait time. . The receptionist has no idea why they have a checking ahead of time as you are seen based on arrival time. Karen was no help at all in understanding this. She told me I was in line based on when I checked in at the clinic. If that is the case i would have come earlierThis is very frustrating.i am a fan of the Cleveland Clinic but this is. disappointing experience.

An unbelievable experience. Felt awful enough on Thanksgiving that I went to this urgent care. The nurse took my info and swabbed me for everything. The NP (wish I got her name) came in, sat down, and told me, I can't treat you here. She didn't look at me at all, just said we can't treat you. Because I had mentioned that the day before I felt a pain in my chest in the morning when I woke up, BUT NO LONGER FELT IT, that she wouldn't treat me. I begged her to listen to my chest, my lungs, look at my ears. I told her she was denying my treatment. I offered to record our conversation, sign something, ANYTHING, that said I wanted her to help me. She said she didn't want me to record her, but she finally listened to my chest and lungs. She said they sounded CLEAR, but again, but she wasn't going to run the tests. She made me think I was potentially dying, and said only the emergency room could help me. I finally agreed to just go because I was so miserable and hoped someone would help. I got an EKG and chest x-ray, and everything was fine. In fact, the emergency room doctors were looking at me like they didn't understand why I was there. THOUSANDS of dollars for me, because this woman wouldn't help me. DO NOT GO HERE. When I came back to Chicago I went to the Minute Clinic and received the care I was hoping for. I have started to contact lawyers because of this ridiculous situation. This woman should not be practicing medicine.

Unfortunately, I had Diane as my NP. She did not listen to my symptoms and told be to go home and gargle with saltwater. The next day I had to go to Strongsville Express care, which they diagnosed me with sinus infection and fluid in my ears and laryngitis. I received antibiotics and good care from the Strongsville location and hopefully now on my way to recovery. My daughter also had a very poor experience with Diane, she did not listen to her and basically made her cry! She too, several days later, had to visit Strongsville Express care and gave her medications for the missed diagnosis of severe tonsillitis. I learned my lesson - do not get Diane. Read the name tag and just leave if it is her.

Came for the express clinic. Wait time wasn't long and it somewhat matched what the website said. Got an x-ray and picked up a prescription while there.

I was seen by Diane Dobrovic, APRN.CNP with flu symptoms. I complained about itching in both ears and was told I have water in both. I asked for antibiotics because I eventually get an ear infection. I was told "NO". I again explained that I know my body and I know that will happen. Again, I was refused and was informed of some rules how they treat patients now. I explained to Diane that I am going out of town and if I get worse, it will be a big problem for me to look for a doctor. Diane did not want to work with me. Cold and very unprofessional. Does not have the patient's best interest in her mind. Well, I did end up having a full blown ear infection... the pain is no fun. Thank you Cleveland Clinic Express Care and staff. Maybe it would be good for the nurse to check with the doctor sometimes and not be the sole decision maker sticking to rules only. People have feelings and not everyone is the same in the same situation. Too many try to play doctors now.

The Independence CC Express Clinic is a nice facility. I was in a few months ago and had a great experience and a lovely NP.My recent visit with Diane Dobrovic, NP was a game changer! Was actually mocked and mimicked by her. Extremely rude, unprofessional and obviously not a good listener according to her notes. I have a feeling everyone she sees gets the same treatment. We are all a waste of her time.

They have an online check-in/wait at home option in place and randomly choose when they want to use it. We checked in today with a 50 minute wait, arrived early to wait an additional 1 hr before being called back. 8 people were called back before us, some that arrived after us. When questioned about why they weren't using the order of the online check-in process I was chastised by an extremely rude older nursing assistant about how it's flu season and they aren't using it today and that "these millennials" come in and use the technology that elderly patients don't use to skip the line and it causes such a problem. I didn't skip a line. I waited at HOME, trying to avoid further illnesses. I'm also not a Millennial and was very offended by her little unprofessional rant at me. Go somewhere else. UH has a much better facility 6 miles away in Broadview Heights.

I've had an appointment for months. It was tomorrow. They called today to reschedule it with a physician assistant. They claim to provide world class care but they do not. And of course there are no other appointments with the actual specialist for several more months. I suggested they bump someone else to the pretend doctor wannabe and give me their spot with the specialist but they won't do it.
