We went to Valley Ford of Huron and took my grandmother with us. We ended up purchasing 2 Explorers. The salesman Josh was great but after we dealt with him it was all down hill from there. My grandmother never got her title work info and 45 days later she still couldn’t get her plates. We contacted them and to find out they never did the title work. They didn’t even have the title for it. We called numerous times to get it handled. After numerous attempts Damion got it figured out. With the other car as soon as Josh handed us off to financing it was a mess. CDK was down so they hand wrote the contract. Everything on the contract was incorrect. Jeff did the contract numerous times and just couldn’t get it write. He had the financing, terms, business name and EIN number all wrong. They assured us they would get it fixed. When we got our first bill in the mail it was $200 more than agreed on. We also got a letter in the mail that the contract submitted was also incorrect. Our business name was still wrong on it. When we contact Valley Ford I spoke to Damion. He told he’d call me back that day and never did. I ended up calling back myself and spoke to a lady and she said she’d have someone call me back. The finance manager called me back and assured me it would be handled but Damion locked my file in his office so he could take care of it that day. He told me he would call me first thing the next day but I didn’t hear from him. I received 2 calls back to back the next day but couldn’t answer because I was busy at work. I ended up calling him back around 4-4:30pm and the finance guy and Damion were both not there. The girl told me they’d call me back the next day. I never received a call. Today I look at my bank account and Ford Motor Credit debited $3391 out of my account. We’ve already paid multiple payments. I then called and asked for the finance guy today and Damion the GM got on the phone because the finance guys daughter is sick. He couldn’t have been anymore rude. He was questioning me why I didn’t answer when called. I let him know I was busy when called and returned the call. He shouldn’t worry about me not answering he should be worrying why he or his finance guy doesn’t. He also told me we signed the paperwork. I let him know my paperwork was correct but they turned the wrong contract into Ford Credit. I asked Damion the first time I spoke to him who his supervisor is. He told me I could get hold of her anyways. I told him I didn’t care I wanted it. This experience couldn’t get any worse. My family had purchased 100’s of vehicles over 40 years when Valley was Artino Ford and never one issue. I’ve never been through anything like this in my life. They don’t care. This will be the last time shopping at Valley Ford and will be taking out business to Liberty from here on.

Our whole experience was great. Our salesman went above expectations to find exactly what we wanted and needed. We have worked with our salesman for 12 years and will continue to return and send people to Valley Ford of Huron!

Bought 2018 F150 on 6/21, couldn't take it with me, needed to be "serviced and detailed". Couldn't get it done until the following Tuesday. Went to pick up, vehicle full of dog hair, not "detailed", not even washed after buffing out the paint droplets. Had to make a service appointment because no one could explain how the radio works. Couldn't get a service appointment until 7/8, just to explain the radio. Cancelled service appointment on 7/5, left a message for the salesman to call me back, he never did. I had the radio situation taken care of somewhere else. Now it seems I will have to pay someone else to detail the vehicle. I have NEVER dealt with a car dealership with such non existent customer service. It seems they can't seem to get the basics accomplished, clean and service a used vehicle before it's delivered. So, to recap, 2 full weeks since I purchased the vehicle, still no detail, had to go elsewhere to get the radio to work and no return call from the salesman. If the extended warrantee isn't accepted at other dealerships, I will cancel that purchase and buy one elsewhere, just like everything else involved with this dealership.
Update 8/12
Approximately 2 weeks after picking up vehicle, the sent the salesman out to "detail" the truck. He tried, did ok. Well, except for cleaning the windows. Radio still,doesn't work properly, have to use phone to listen. It seems the service department is either incapable or just wont take care if the issue. I was hoping to update with a satisfied customer post. I see they dont really care. We're a month and a half after the sale and I will have to replace the heater controls in order to buy a functional radio.
This dealership just doesn't care about servicing a customer. Once the vehicle is off the lot, the customer is no longer relevant.

I was shopping for a specific F350 Platinum, and none of the Minnesota Dealers have pricing for what I thought was fair for markets outside of Minnesota. I contacted Valley Ford and spoke to Nicholas Pfeifer.
He was excellent at his job, He offered to deliver to Minnesota, gave me a fair price on my trade. Minnesota dealers were all 5,000.00 under trade pricing and would not negotiate. I did not have to Negotiate with Nicholas, his offer was right the first time.
IF I’m in the market for another vehicle my first call will be to Valley Ford of Huron
