I love our local Rite Aide! I am a type 1 Diabetic and the staff goes above and beyond to help me understand medications and interactions with my treatment plans .I had a question about medication interactions and Kyler the Pharmacist was excellent at helping me with a very complicated medical issue. She was kind , compassionate, and made me feel valued. Way to go ! Thanks Rite Aide

I am a patient person. Every time I shop at the Hubbard rite aid I have to wait quite a while for someone to check me out. There’s never a line, just me. And the lady who works there refuses to say Hello or sorry for the wait or smile or anything. She looks miserable. Today I waited so long I just left. It’s not worth waiting 10 mins or longer to purchase my stuff I went to another store (Walgreens)and bought my things.

I came in for hair products. The young girl cashier was very unfriendly. I left this location. No never return . Customer service and friendly staff is a large part of shopping at a certain location.. if I see another young unfriendly staff member. I am going to walk out

Called pharmacy all day Sunday 11/14/22 no one answered the phone thus I could not get my needed medication filled. I even had the store connect me to the pharmacy. This is unacceptable for a pharmacy not to answer the phone. I'm disabled and can not go to the store to get it done. I will be looking for another pharmacy. Very scary that there is no one available to answer the phone. Very poor.

It's my pharmacy because it's the closest rite aid. But the other reviewer was correct, there seems to be a different issue every time I go in.

1-2 pharmacists employed at a time, overworked to the point of super fast turnover. Good pharmacists avg about 1-3 years, the rest burn out, gradually losing humanity each day until attitudes evolve from lackadaisical to apathetic to vaguely annoyed to downright hostile. Oh, and that's when a patient is lucky. Otherwise a "floater" - trained by corporate to do a job titled "floater," which says it all. These individuals are incentivized to engage in very little earnest human interaction, let alone expertise, guidance, empathy or any other trait that might instill confidence. Most individuals requiring significant health care learn all too quickly that once viewed as anything short than a complete human being (a number, a digital profile, a voice on the phone demanding time/energy the pharmacist simply cannot muster), we are in danger. The pharmacists used to make this Rite Aid my family's choice for quality care and service. Then, like Sisyphus pushing a bolder that would fall to the base of the hill each time, Rite Aid became one more corporation to endeaver to reach ever higher profit margins with no regard for the fact that, outside of an Escher painting, profits simply will not continue to increase indefinitely before a series of mild market corrections or extreme dives brings its metaphorical boulder crashing down. With this oblivious mindset, three regular pharmacists turned into two, and a third was never added again. One pharmacist works 12-15 hour shifts 5 days a week, with the second working 2 days in a row while the first takes two days off, then it reverses the next week. I no longer trust anyone at this store with my health, and I therefore must dedicate time and energy I don't have to continuously researching drug interactions, side effects and dosage information so that I can attemp to keep up with changes of the medical knowledge base as scientifically gathered data becomes available.

Every single time I come to get prescriptions there's an issue! For the last 9 months, I've used ONLY this location, and EVERY time it's something different... the prescriptions haven't changed, my insurance hasn't changed, and the doctor hasn't changed. I've never seen the same face twice! I've always used Rite Aid pharmacies and never had these issues. Sure would be nice if they'd get a staff that'll stick around, and maybe learn the position. It shouldn't be this stressful.
