I should have read the reviews before going to this location. I was early for my appointment and after signing in on the kiosk, I had a few minutes to spare so I was shopping. Besides, I had received a text stating that my name would be called. At 9:40 a.m., my appointment time no one had called me over the loud speaker. I walked over to the location of the minute clinic inside CVS and was shall I say greeted? By a woman with her arms folded in scrubs with a mean look on her face and asked me if I had an appointment. I said yes, I was waiting for my name to be called. She said that they don't have that kind of system so from that moment on, I knew I was dealing with someone who had no professionalism or social skills about her. I told her I had no insurance, that I believed I had strep throat, and I would like to know the costs. She said $139 just to walk in that door, plus an extra fee for the strep test, and whatever my pharmacy was going to charge me for the antibiotics if they were necessary. I told her I didn't have enough cash on me and she proceeded to be just as rude, inconsiderate, condescending as she was from the second I saw her. I would never ever even come to this CVS again. Really, someone needs to get her out of there unless they don't want the business? Then keep her there. Again, wish I hadn't wasted my time. I will certainly tell others not to visit this clinic. Good luck CVS! It's a shame, I really needed some help today, I would have been happy with a little kindness.

Not helpful, accommodating, or understanding. We arrived 6 minutes late. While attempting to check in at the kiosk, we overheard staff casually talking in the office. After finding our confirmation code, our appointment was cancelled. The staff walked past us and waited until it was exactly 10 minutes after our scheduled visit, to tell us we couldn’t be seen. There were no other patients waiting. Very unprofessional, inconsiderate, and impolite.

Everything went smoothly at my visit. The NP I had took her time with me and was very kind and informative!

I made an appointment for my friend. We were driving from Medina and ran into a detour. We arrived around the block from CVS and were stuck in traffic due to the road getting paved. We were 10 minutes late. The woman greeted us at the kiosk said not to worry no was was waiting lunch is at 1:30. I signed my friend in and the nurse who does the antibody test said make sure she has her phone. My friend left her phone at home and when I told the greeter the nurse came out of the office and said wed have to come back after lunch. It was 1 pm. She walked back into the office where she was alone and shut the door. The greater apologized. My friend was blind not that it matters. What matters is we were dismissed after battling with the kiosk to check at the nurses instruction. What questions were needed by phone when she was sitting right there? A 45 minute ride to check for antibodies. Never will we return to this CVS. My friend and I were talking in the parking lot and not one person went in before we pulled out at 1:30. The nurse was so rude to my friend.

Went in for a simple physical. They kept asking d*** questions that were none of their business. My pcp is busy and I didn't want paperwork lost so I thought hey, minute clinic is here to make life easier. They made every excuse why they shouldn't give it to me. I was paying cash, and it was a simple physical to RENEW a foster care license, not a new initial license. Never met a bunch of people that didn't want to do their jobs.

The worst customer service I have ever received! I did not register online, I registered at the store the board said there were 2 people ahead of me but they were not present. The board said my wait time would be 25 minutes (it said that for 30 minutes). During that 30 minutes I saw no movement I even asked a CVS employee if there was anyone working in the MinuteClinic and she said she did not know. After 35 minutes the NP opened the door and she did not have a patient! She was very rude and short with me! Will NEVER go back

The NP was rude and clearly had no interest in being helpful. It cost $100 for her to spend about 7 minutes with me, run no tests, and tell me to keep taking over the counter drugs even though I said those weren’t working. Guess what, fast forward 3 days when I went and saw a real doctor and I have a sinus infection and bronchitis. Will never be returning and I encourage no one to go there. Not worth it.

I had a horrible experience with nurse practitioner Brandi. I showed up at cvs prior to opening and Brandi was waiting for the doors to open. She went on to complain about cvs employees not opening door and letting her in and that she will show late. Once they opened doors she began to scold the young girl. I had signed in and did not show on board. She took someone that came in after and assumed they signed in online. She came out after that patient and went to yell at the cvs employee about not opening door. I asked her where I showed on list since it didn’t show on board. Just wanted to make sure I was in system. She tried to ignore me and said she will take people in order. Again I asked her and she said another hour. Very unprofessional!
