Rural King is a very nice store. There's a wide variety of options there. It's good for gardening, for the shop, a few groceries and clothing, Carhartt brand clothing, tools, plumbing supplies, etc. and pet food and accessories.

Was absolutely hotter than hell in this store and the hospitality was much appreciated being that it came from only one individual who was working harder than anyone else in the store and still took time out to help me out . I would recommend everyone avoid this store as the prices are just as high as the customer services noses!!!

Hillsboro Rural King has the absolute WORST customer service I have ever dealt with. The ASM, a lady named Connie and another older worker was extremely disrespectful and rude. They repeatedly said how they could not help us get chicks because they had things to do. When we finally got one of them to go back there the ASM very rudely told us whatever and went back to the chicks where she aggressively shoved the chicks in the box and then refused to write down the individual skews and we was overcharged. I will be reaching out to cooperate.

By far, the worst customer service out of any establishment I have ever been to. This is not a reflection on Rural King as a whole only on the extremely unprofessional and disrespectful staff at this particular location.
