This gasoline station committed fraud.
I received 2/3 of the gasoline that I paid for in cash.
Their computer records, pump display, and receipts all reflect that this fraud did not occur, and they claim that their inspection status is current.
My automobile displays that their computer records, pump display, and receipts are all inaccurate despite the fact that all of their official records of the transaction are aligned with one another.
Upon confrontation about this fraud, the manager decided to call the local sheriff to respond to the scene to settle this dispute instead of correcting their fraudulent error.
Criminals in this nation are very comfortable about the crimes that they have been committing lately.

I'm sorry that I came here, the employees are very incompetent in their work, especially if you want to take a shower, they may not provide it to you, I understand that you need to have your own people there or something, but after 2 reservations through the Pilot program and through the cashier showers were not provided, so keep that in mind. A request to the management, please put the employees in order, such employees who work in this location are a shame for the entire Pilot team.

So many things are wrong with this place. First of all, they got rid of the restaurant when they remodeled. Who would do that? And their parking lot is weird is hell.

Didn’t go inside but horrible parking lot design but I guess if you need to park I’m sure there will be 1 or 2 spots. THE BACK LOT IS A DEAD END NO TURN AROUND!

My experience was that I stopped to buy gasoline, using my company credit card at the pump, and all went well.
Then I decided to get a soft drink, and went in side, only to find they had self checkout. That went OK and I used a personal card at the self checkout, only to find that somehow the information was taken from my card, and criminal activity occured whereupon my card number was used to make a purchase in Bentonville, AK at Walmart. It was a day or two later and the credit card company declined it. Then several other transactions were attempted, all were declined.
Pilot has lost a customer fpr life at this location. BEWARE! If you have a good credit card company they take care of you. But shame on Pilot for having self checkouts at this location. I won't even but gas at this location there are plenty other gas stations that don't result in ripping people off.

This place is disgusting. The manager is clearly the problem. It was 5 o'clock in the evening and all the food bar items had been there since lunch. Trash cans overflowing, bathroom was foul. Nice new place it's just gross and poorly managed.

Its not the first complain about the water in the shower which is greasy and not even warm. The supervisor does not care. Tight dirty yard. Disgusting!

!!!! Don’t take shower here ! Water is greasy.
They don’t take care Of filtration system .
Maybe they are lazy to put that thiner bleach or whatever to make shower water clean And not greasy.
If u want to feel dirty again after shower stop By !
Managment doesnt care for this Place !

✨️Recently remodeled location✨️
Clean but small and not fully stocked either (sugar was out, hand soap etc.)
Combined with the sparsely packed chip rack and the fact that we found a bag of candy from Thanksgiving's past.
Landed this Pilot at a solid 3

If your teammate is a light sleeper, be advised this location blasts very loud music at the tractor trailer fuel pumps. Request to turn it off or lower the volume we’re denied, blaming it on corporate. Which is odd considering most Pilots don’t play music outside.

mornings crew sucks. always on they’re phones or yelling across the store not doing their jobs. food looks stale and dry. sticky counters and old coffee. won’t come back in the mornings anymore
