Gas pumps won't accept Kroger loyalty cards. To use points for gas discount, customers must go inside, prepay, then get refund if not use full amount. Staff says corporate folks are aware of this, but won't fix it.

Far from home, I had some problems with my tires and the nice attendant here showed me how to use the air pump. She absolutely refused any compensation. Kroger should promote her.
