Asked for a burger, large iced coffee and a small frosty. Was apparently rang up for a small iced coffee and jr frosty and then they decided to give me chicken instead of a burger. I noticed the drinks when they handed them to me and they refused to correct my order. A bunch of young boys goofing around at the service window. I worked fast food when I was a teen. It’s not that hard to get an order right.

So today me and my daughter stop here and we ordered 2bacon Nader fries a bacon batter with no mayo a bacon cheese burger and a 6 piece but what we got was a different meal so we went inside to see if we could fix it and the manager there told us if we wanted more food we had to pay more money and for her to be that rude in customer service blows my mind I paid $25 for something I didn’t order and the manager was not gonna help

We pulled in through the drive through during lunch, they had maybe 2-3 cars ahead of us, so not very busy , but the order taker was very rude. She was very impatient with us WHILE we tried to order, and then at the end of the order, after we TRIED to correct her mistake, she finished us out and very rudely goes “25.84, next window”, no further clarification on our order. We pull up to the pay window, pay, and never get a receipt, was never offered a receipt either. BIG MISTAKE. The order was wrong and the staffing inside is very argumentative and hot headed. It felt like they thought I was trying to rob them, when really I wanted a $4 fry instead of the $8 sandwhich I had already paid for , in which I was MORE THAN WILLING to give back. I DIDNT WANT IT. It was rung up wrong, I wanted to exchange for the correct product, I didn’t want a refund initially but I also didn’t want the sand-which, just make my order right. Wasn’t happening. . Not possible, they were very unwilling and lost. . I dealt with 3 employees way before I ever got a chance to talk to the manager and I really would’ve rather not have seen that manager after that encounter. She walked up to the very confused looking employee all pissed off and goes “they HAVE to pay for it” like we wouldve if we wanted the sandwhich, so we pay for the $8 sandwhich we DIDN'T WANT AND the fry we wanted? Not a chance. Take ALL your food back, and give us our money back cause our order was wrong, we’re not spending more at a place that willingly treats their customers, who really do pay their wage, like absolute liars over a simple mistake that could’ve been corrected, might I add it was THEIR mistake. They won’t/ CANT do in store refunds. After we learned this, we asked for the franchise/corporate number AND the name of the manager we had encountered. Complete refusal.Some simple customer service would’ve been to BLAST. Believe, listen, apologize, solution, thank. It’s really that SIMPLE. If you want good customer service, I wouldn’t recommend this specific Wendy’s. The Wendy’s in downtown Newark has NEVER been a let down!Or honestly, just go to any other business!!I can’t tell if the manager here really just couldn’t handle her job or didn’t want to!

We eat at Wendy's fairly and our last visit was by far the worst meal we've ever had at a Wendy's. The issue was probably due to very young staff and no manager in sight. Yuck, from incorrect orders to way over cooked everything. Fish was so dry and over cooked it was leathery. Wife's hamburger was also way over cooked to the point it was completely dry. Ordered grilled chicken sandwich, got fried. We did bring this to Wendy's attention.Wheelchair accessibility: What appeared to be non handicapped employees parked in the handicap spots.

Lazy employees ,service is horrible especially when an orders already been placed before getting there instead they stand there twiddling their fingers and you get there still having to wait ?your supposed to be fast food and it’s lunch to get it together .

This morning I ordered a chicken biscuit and it was raw. At the checkout window, the cashier told me the chicken would be another 3 minutes and asked if I would mind waiting. I told her I didn't mind, and I pulled up to wait. They brought it out and told me it would be hot. I thanked them and drove to work. I started to eat my sandwich in the parking lot. I'll be honest, I took a few bites before I realized that there was a raw spot in the middle. Immediately I felt so grossed out, raw chicken is nasty but also can make you really sick. I have contacted corporate and they offered a free small meal which seems like a cheap attempt to right this. But thanks to them I have now developed a fear of raw chicken and definitely do not plan to come back.

I don't usually leave bad reviews but I would heavily recommend avoiding this Wendy's. They regularly forget multiple items like an entire orders worth of sandwiches and their support team is horrible so good luck trying to get a refund.

One of the workers had a complete mental break down half the people there look like hoodlems every time I go there I get treated terrible I was just trying to pay the lady and she just completely lost it and quit on the spot even though I told her thank you and all that and even though I was polite I guess that wasn’t enough this place had just gone down hill worst than McDonald’s only edible thing there is chili and they probably won’t have it nor will they have chili sauce and half the workers are high on hard drugs and I’m not sure I’d want my fries with fentanyl hands all over them I doubt the owner cares people will still eat garbage made by drug addicted felon’s

Warm salad cold sandwich, and I threw away the fries. But you get 1 star for remembering the straw for my Coke. But no napkins, though.Kids quit playing around and leave the downs kid alone. If I was the boss you all would be fired. It shouldnt take 20 minutes to go through the drive through. You have the worst reputation for the Wendy's chain.
