I would like to take the time to thank Earl at TSC! He was patient in helping me solve an issue that no other retailer in Heath could solve. His knowledge saved the day for me, and he really went the extra mile to help me. TSC should really be thankful to have an employee who is so knowledgeable and helpful in this day and age. small store for getting basic stuff, but they never answer their phone so I never know if they will have what I need in stock or not before making the 30 minute drive. otherwise it's about as much as anyone would expect from a tractor supply Co

This USED to be my go to store until a few months back I sent my daughter into buy feed. She has bought feed for us several times in the past with no issues whatsoever. Well when she gave the older short dark haired lady who has worked there a long time our phone number, the lady told her your are not Cindy Andrews. You are trying to commit fraud! Of course there were several people in line, my daughter left in tears and went outside and called me. Needless to say a few days later I went in there and gave them a piece of my mind. That situation could have been handled a whole lot different. A simple phone call would have done it...I will go out of my way now to any tsc but this one.

Went to tractor supply today to get some Muck boots when an associate came up and started talking to me he said" can I help you" I said "I need a size 12 in these Muck boots" he grab the last pair and said I Have to fill this on line order. Thats company policy. Well they won't have to worry about me ever coming back here. It was the rudest thing I've seen in awhile. Smh.
