From the moment I walked in I was watched as though I was "less than". Is your salary that high that you believe you're entitled enough to make fun of customers?" I shop at the Tj Maxx in Zanesville and love it. I'll be sure to keep going to that one bc at least they are kind and genuinely try to make others have a good experience. I actually went to that one today for Halloween decor, went up here out or curiosity. Never again. Never judge a book by its cover.

Great selection of purses but other than that, not very clean or organized. Zanesville store is very clean but not a great selection of purses. Not as friendly either except 1 gal.

There are some good deals here. I miss the days when TJ Max had nice dress slacks and blouses.. the choices are slim at this particular slim. The girl who checked me out must have been having a bad day. She wasn't pleasant at all. I'll try one more time as this wasn't the first bad experience, and then I'll go to another store.

There are lots of women's clothes to choose from as well as purses, shoes, coats, jewelry, even housewares and small furniture. I was pleasantly surprised about the variety of pet clothes, bedding, toys, and treats. However, there is a very limited selection of menswear.
