Sometimes the wait is a bit on the longer side, but every single person I've dealt with has been extremely professional (even when I haven't been, as embarrassing as it is to admit). The pharmacists are all very knowledgeable and patient when explaining medications, and the technicians have all been polite and kind.

Great store. The inside is not terribly dirty like many other krogers. All spaces are roomy enough I don't feel like I'm being squished between everyone. But is is very busy 3-7. They have clothing, outdoor, floral, starbucks, great customer service desk and the employees are usually quite helpful.

Service sucks anymore!! Never send text alerts anymore. Even though resigned up 3 times in the last year!! Medications never ready on time!! Having a special needs kid that needs them refilled on time. It’s frustrating!! Wish Walgreens took our insurance again!

The employees are all very friendly but when it comes to having to just pick up your medication and go, it’s not going to happen. You WILL wait 45 minutes to an hour just for your medications. At first I thought it was short staff problems but now, it has been months and no one else in Harrison has this issue. You guys seriously need to get it together because I’m not sending my meds to you anymore.

I cannot believe how rude the employees are here. You are here to provide a service. The deli clerk, which I couldn't even see a name tag on was extremely rude. She yelled out for next number and when I walked up she gave a huge sigh of annoyance, grabbed her note pad and asked rudely what she could get for me. Not once making eye contact, no smile, no "okay just give me a minute to work on that".....just anything else? I responded no and she walked away. She then went to slice deli meat with a smile only when she was chatting with her coworker. She could show half that enthusiasm to the people that are here shopping. At checkout another inconvenience, the lack of lines open. I spent more time in line, than the time it took to pick up the 40 items in my cart. Cashiers look over worked and not friendly as well. Perhaps with a few more cashiers to back them up would be appropriate.

On hold for 45 mins. Every time it starts to ring I immediately heard music all over again. Eventually the main operator picked up the call and transferred me back to pharmacy. The staff is slow and rude. Taking painful amounts of time to get things for customers.Either the pharmacy needs to hire more competent people or just hire more people.

Employees will either flat out lie when medication is going to be ready or there systems misinform them they will also hold medication and tell you it's already picked up not sure if there is someone to investigate them but what there doing is not right I hope krogers corrects this issue they will also partially fill scripts and not tell you something is broke here and needs corrected please look into this krogers
