I have been trying to get my supplies for several weeks. Each time I call I am told they have no record for me. My Doctor said she faxed the orders. No one seems to have a solution

terrible service! was supposed to be contacted about my machine, was not contacted at all. Was supposed to come in to get fitted for a mask, one just showed up after my machine randomly got sent never got fitted at all. Now supplies are just showing up with no heads up, I just get an e mail about a bill and I cant even log into my portal to pay it. Tells me my account access is forbidden now, cant change password cause that is also forbidden. So I go on the web page and try and ask customer service for help and any info as to why I don't receive any notifications with any thing so far. All they did was give me a phone number to a pharmaceutical company out of boston and have not responded back again yet after I told them it wasn't a number to any kind of customer service... Now I still have an outstanding bill and absolutely no help. The phone number on google takes me to the local store and that is all automated and no one picked up the phone or called back...
So the customer service e mail, sent me the wrong number to call and stopped answering all together when I told them the number they gave me was for pharmaceutical complications, which has nothing to do with rotech or my questions, and your fix is that I send them another message. Does any one help anything at this company?

My husband need some supplies from this company for his bipap machine and oxygen. I have called the 4 times and left messages. They never return my call. This is unacceptable because these items are life and death related. Even his doctor sent a mask change weeks ago and no response. How do I get them to respond. These are very important items he needs to live! ?

I originally gave an excellent rating but after waiting over a week for my supplies OR even a notification its in the works, I decided to check the website to not only see my insurance was NOT updated and my supplies have NOT been ordered. Amazingly they accepted my payment for a past due bill and that went through. I'm in serious need of my supplies as I told the person through the online chat. My head gear literally will not stay velcroed any longer. THIS IS RIDICULOUS.

Every time I call and ask for a refill on my oxygen tank, they argue with me about it. They act like the cost is coming out of their pocket. Two women answer the phone and treat me like I'm trash. Even the very nice maneric said to tell them he said it's OK. I'm very frustrated

I tried to change to rotech for cpap supplies since they showed as a local company. When I sent the new customer paperwork I included the script . It’s 8 days later and nothing has shipped and they are telling me they are waiting on a script that I already sent, and received confirmation of. My mask is broke so I really needed this which is why I made sure to send everything needed . I will now order from Amazon and go to a different company.

My father is a senior with COPD. He's dependent on oxygen tanks and needs them to breathe, and, you know, live. He has been using this company to get his tanks "frequently" for about a better portion of a year. Maybe a year and a half, give or take. Notice how I use the term frequently instead of regularly. And that's me using the term loosely. He'll ask them, the folks at Rotech (Ohio Hamilton County), for oxygen tanks and the company says they'll send them, but never do. Sometimes if he makes enough uproar, they finally do to shut him up. Mostly they just jerk him around though- using some kind of excuse like they don't have the paperwork for it or the person didn't make a note.He asked for tanks in November. No show. January 2nd 2024, him and I called and spoke with the Kentucky company who put him in touch with the Hamilton County Ohio supervisor (after hours). We spoke with her and she said they would be delivered on the 4th. Made sure to call us "hon" and everything. Today is January 4th, 2024 and they are not here. So *I* called. Special thank you to the customer service woman I spoke with at Hamilton County facility who helped rectify this and get him some oxygen--- you deserve a raise. Seriously.I don't know if it's one person, two people, or a whole team, but the individuals who are *repeatedly* dropping the ball at the Ohio Hamilton County Rotech facility need to be fired. Immediately. If you can't perform the basic requirements of your job, which was listed in your job description upon applying, then leave; get out of the healthcare business and stay far away from it if you can't handle it. This is people's lives you're dealing with. Do better. Be better. Point blank period. Because sooner or later someone is going to slap you with a lawsuit.FYI, the ONLY reason you are getting even one star is because of that very kind customer service woman. I wouldn't recommend doing business with a flakey company who gaslights and jerks around seniors. Shady, shiesty, and beyond foul. Sent this to the BBB as well.((And y'all....I was serious when I said give her that raise))

I've been trying to get in touch with someone for two months and received radio silence. I am confused because when I have talked to people here and been in the office, they're helpful, friendly and caring. I don't know what more I can do to have them return a phone call, I certainly can't get them on the phone. I don't like leaving negative reviews, would be happy to amend if I could get in touch with them.

I needed to show my gratitude and love for all at RoTech, special shout to Dave who literally saved my life! Corrine is the greatest Supervisor always so eager to help and filled with love and compassion for what she does! To my respiratory therapist Sherry, always looking to do whatever she can to make me more comfortable with my AVAPS and any other thing I need. I love you people!! You're all rock stars!!!!! Wouldn't have it any other way. Go RoTech!!!

Their staff was very friendly and helpful. My fitting was quick and thorough. Because I set an appointment ahead of time I was in and out in about 15 minutes. They also took care of all my information with regards to my insurance claim for my machine. Well done guys.
