“I enjoy the small shop, they typically have everything I need. If you do need lumber or would for a project, I would not recommend but anything else, they are good to go. Veterans discount is as easy as showing ID. Prices can be a bit higher than you will find at lowes or homedepot.”

“Needed a drill bit to cut through hardened steel plate (10) holes 7/8" dia. Bought what we believed to be what was needed. Stepped up the holes small to large using oil. When using the larger bit it wouldn't cut properly. Returned the bit explained what had taken place, the owner worked with me & replaced the bit with one from a set & took care of my problem. I've bought different items from here & have always been greeted upon arrival & helped in my purchases. Prices are high like everywhere else, but they've given me real & honest information & treated me fairly. The tools that I have purchased have performed well & done the jobs intended!”
“Ordered 3 sets of legs and some custom shelf brackets from them. I picked them up, as I am local. To say that I was impressed with the quality and workmanship would be an understatement. Wow do they do good work. I have worked in industry for many years in skilled trades and as an engineer. There shop is one of the most well kept and organized facilities that I have EVER been in. This translates into their products. Simply well made, well finished, and well packaged when I picked them up. Would definitely recommend them if you need legs or any of the other products they make. I also picked up one of their plant stands while I was there, and it is as nice as the table legs I ordered. Update November 1st - added photos as I finally got the tops from the Amish guy who made them. The walnut tables look great with the black legs. The oak plant stand is also very modern looking with the black legs and risers.”
“First time I have ever been to a Harbor Freight. Felt like an in depth yet compacted Lowe’s/Home Depot tool section. Great variety and very clean. Picked up a grinder and belt sander that is working perfectly. Will be adding Harbor Freight into the mix next time I need some tools.”

The wood is absolutely perfect. From ordering to Delivery was top notch customer service. We do a ton of building . I will always do my business with this company. Thanks for the help .”
“A little late posting after purchasing on 6-28-24... But a well deserved shout out!! After shopping at two discount warehouses and two other big box stores we decided to stop in at this Home Depot location. We went to appliances and were greeted by Joe right away. He asked if he could help us with anything and we said yes... looking for a "garage refrigerator"! He instinctively took us back and showed us several different models to pick from. We browsed with no high pressure, took our time shopping, he answered several of our questions throughout the process and helped us with setting up a "same day delivery" (which almost beat us back to the house, literally just a couple of hours later). We ended up with a "garage rated" Vissani 10.1 cu.ft. unit. Overall, surprisingly a great experience. Thank you Joe!!”

“This is my go-to home improvement store. They always have what I'm looking for and the employees are very friendly. I got paint this past weekend that was a custom color and was worried I might need more in the future. The lady working at the counter wrote down exactly what paint I had purchased for every size bucket just in case. I also purchased a few outdoor plants. They still seem to have a good selection of garden things even though it's late in the year.”
“Solid lowes location with typical lumber and hardware that you can expect from a lowes. My only knock is the location can be a bit rough, I always make sure my doors are locked. I use the app and verified my veterans benifit and get 10% off. There is a few times the prices in the store vary from prices online or on the app and everytime it has occurred, they honor the lower price. Last week I got a 200$ Metabo nail gun for 107 due to this.”
“Update: I went back today to pick up my refrigerator and stove, and Kay was again outstanding in her customer service!
I went to Lowe's to look at refrigerators. When I was ready to buy (I also found a stove), I met Kay. Kay went so far above and beyond...there are not enough words! I left there a very happy customer! The service was excellent!”

“The employees here are very helpful... the only problem I have is when you call... I called and let the phone ring until someone answered... 5 MINUTES the phone rang until someone finally answered!!! I let it ring this long just out of curiosity. They transferred me to the flooring department... to where I was hung up on... WOW... WTH.”
“I'm crying my eyes out as I leave this review. My oldest brother was diagnosed with lung cancer. He was starting chemo so I thought it would be nice to get him a lift chair. Around this time, my husband was fighting a terrible bout of Covid. I ordered my brothers chair via Menards website and thought it would take a while to arrive so I'd have time to take care of hubby. NOPE! That bad boy was there lightning fast. I called the store in a panic and spoke to a very kind gentleman named Tony. He assured me he would hold the chair. Today, my brother is moving into his forever home. I pray to God that he'll be there for a long time. I looked on the website, and it showed I was past the pickup time. My heart sank to the floor! His chair was gone! I called the store. I got a manager who located Tony and this amaaaaaazing human had held the chair! This kind of kindness and thoughtfulness guarantees we will continue to shop Menards! Thank you so much, Tony, for being a man of your word. May God bless you and yours! He is always so helpful with any questions I have and tonight even helped me get an item ordered for delivery because it couldn’t fit in my car!
