I love this office! Every staff member is so friendly and kind. Every time I come in with one of my dogs, I think the dogs think they are celebrities haha. The staff is so quick to say hello and love on my guys. They get so excited to go to the vet because it’s 90% attention, 10% exam/procedure in their eyes. I have two boy dogs and had both of them neutered here. They are both rambunctious little dudes and neither of them seemed bothered by their incisions and they healed so quickly! We didn’t even have to use a cone for one of them. If you’ve ever had to use the cone of shame for a pet, you know it can be a challenge. I can only share my own experience, but I would highly recommend this office if you’ve been holding off on neuter surgery because you’re dreading the recovery process. The humans are lovely and do a great job making sure my dogs are happy and healthy. ?

This vet was very cat-friendly, informative, actively listened to all of our questions/concerns, showed a price breakdown prior to services & was incredibly respectful of our choices regarding our senior cat.
Happy to have this experience in a vet that is closer to our home. Will definitely be back as needed.

The staff is extremely friendly and very responsive every time I've called. The Vet is very nice and takes great care of our two Franchies. Very easy to get our dog's allergy meds and even referred us to our favorite boarding location (Golden rust farms). Definitely would recommend to take care of your fur babies!

I had to make one of the hardest decisions for my dog. They were very empathetic to the situation. They were kind and patient. A great place to take your pet with wonderful people.

Cannot say enough about the professional care and staff. They have treated us with patience and respect. I was able to get my pup in immediately during an emergency. At each visit, they explained in detail of the process of each observation, possible diagnoses, blood testing, and patiently answered my questions. Well-run, and highly recommend!

I have a cat who was having some skin issues, licking her fur off to the point of bleeding on her front legs. Her existing vet couldn’t see her for 3 weeks and this vet was able to get me in the very next day. A steroid injection later and she is no longer itching. Her legs are healing nicely and she is back to her normal self. She is also not the nicest cat and they handled her well/ kept her as comfortable as possible while allowing me stay with her throughout the entire visit. We will continue to use this place as our primary vet.

Our precious Nikki was a very sick girl. She was our 11 year old baby girl. Our child. We stumbled on GCAH and my wife called and Sheryl won her over with that call. We couldn't have been more blessed to have the care and support of the team. Dr. Allison and Sheryl were amazing. They made the very best of an awful situation. They made us comfortable and we knew it was a blessing that we came to GCAH.This is our go to vet now. Once we can open our hearts to another baby, we want our baby to grow with the best veterinary care and will not think twice making you our permanent veterinarian.I 100% recommend and support this facility! Awful treatment. No regard or respect for other people's time.Was left in the exam room (after seeing the assistant) for 30+ min (past my scheduled appointment time) with my two dogs without being checked on. I walked out and will not walk back in. Typical, terrible Ohio treatment.

I've taken 3 of my dogs here, and will continue to bring my pets here as long as I can. Front desk is super friendly, and very willing to help no matter what your issue is. The doctors are amazing and attentive, and never make you feel like you're just another appointment to them. The pricing is extremely reasonable, and we really really love coming to Groveport Canal Animal Hospital.
