I came to work here on time,every assignment,for three years. Hot inside the building,machines broke,and did my job obviously or they wouldn't keep texting me. I got fired for no reason what so ever. Despite what the lead Britney and Dustin says. How can these two keep their job and they do absolutely nothing. Britney steals things and have the haitons steal for her. She has relations with these haiton men. The Haitians come to work drunk with open containers in their trunks. Dustin is the lead that knows about it and he does nothing but sit on his phone and ignores it. But I get fired because I tell them problems but they do nothing. I get mad for being attacked and I get fired! Smh. Job & talent you can do better. People don't work for job & talent at this location you will be disappointed! The leads are stealing that's why people aren't receiving packages!

Friendly personnel, nice place to deliver although there is not much room to stay over night they will unload you in minutes

Apparently this is where packages go to die (or get stolen).
Order was placed a month ago and it’s been sitting at the Urbancrest facility since it shipped and landed there.
I’d say there are a bunch of crooks working at this location. Pray your package doesn’t end up here.

Absolutely Pathetic Effort! Parcel will sit for days before they get their act together and do their job! They never answer the phone, they cower behind lame excuses! They don't care about being diligent or professional! If they did they would only do as other facilities they wouldn't be ridiculed for their pedantic approach to customer service! If your parcel is going through here expect a shambolic 72 hour turnaround minimum! UPS corporate needs to audit this place! Every parcel I've had go through here was damaged too!

I have been waiting on a package that shipped 5/13, sitting here since 5/16. I’ve called numerous times about my package, no help at all, and get varying answers!! Today is now 5/23! I needed the package for a party this weekend!! I wouldn’t use this place ever!!!

Same as all the previous reviews before mine. My package went here and the tracking information hasn't updated since. Why is this place still open? I have read every review and they are all 1 star and negative. Please close this place down. And their phone number doesn't even work at all. I just want my CJ Stroud jersey and can't get it anywhere else, it has to go through this facility.

Where packages go to die. I ordered a photo book via Shutterfly and it arrived at Package Purgatory aka UPS Urbancrest on March 21. It was due to be delivered on March 22, but the tracking info has stalled and no other update has been provided other than to say my book was due to be delivered today, March 25. It didn't arrive, and now the tracking info says it will arrive tomorrow. I doubt that it will. So the question is, why do so many businesses put up with this nonsense and don't insist on improvements to provide a better customer experience?

I have never lost a package before. My package was sent here and it has been for over a week. The tracking information for USPS never updated after being shipped here. USPS and the company that shipped it had no idea where it was. To this day I still haven’t received my package and the tracking still says that it is there.
