This location states they open at 5 AM. Since I work early mornings, I try to be there at opening so I can be at work on time. Each time, they are not open at 5. The “manager” usually shows up 3-5 minutes after 5, then takes 5 more minutes before letting anyone inside the store.
When I expressed my displeasure about their tardiness and unprofessionalism, I was told by a teenage employee that “there was another gas station down the street”. Then the constantly late, and clearly stressed manager declined to serve me and told me to leave.
Will never go back, and will never spend another dime at any UDF. Will also encourage all my family and friends to avoid UDF as well.

I ordered 2 pints of ice cream last night through the app. What a joke. The cashiers were very rude. I was told they didn't have what I ordered. I was not offered substitutions and I have not received a refund. This is by far the worst udf I have ever interacted with and will not be coming back.

I beleive i am experiencing racial discrimination from one of your workers in this store. I am an African American man I've been a customer of this store for over 4 years because I work down the street. I ask for the restroom key one day and walk in to the restroom in disarray. The toilet was clogged to the brim with fecal matter and what looked like food floating in it upon me walking in. I simply wash my hands and let the white woman working there know that someone had clogged it. But that it wasn't me I just was letting her know. She starts immediately saying to her coworkers”Ok no more bathroom key” This was about two weeks ago. I come back for the first time today. And notice the bathroom door says “ask for key” I ask for the key and I am told I can't use the restroom. Even though the sighn Said clearly to ask for the key. The same worker that I spoke to last time is saying there's too many clogs and Noone can use it. I am wanting to file an official complaint because I do not believe she's closed the bathroom to all customers. I believe she is attributing the clog I FOUND AND TOLD HER ABOUT. To ME. As if I did it. I am insulted and offended and I believe her racial bias is fueling her decision and that other (white ) customers are allowed to use said restroom. I'm a long time customer who has never had any issues or caused any problems in any of your locations

They make the best shakes and hot fudge Sundays. The clerks are awesome!

Smaller location compared to the N high street location that i was used to. Short staffed on most occasions. Be prepared to wait in line. Lots of candy and drink options. Little cold beer fridge. Wine also available.

Usually like this place but ordered a hot fudge sunday and the girl tried to "sprinkle" fudge on top of whip cream....i asked her if she had put any on the ice cream and she told me "thats not how its done".....i told her thats how everyone does it and she said " they are wrong"......the other clerk was making it right for another person.....please lose attitude and learn what a hot fudge sunday is

I came in at 12:45 on August 8th for a quick Gatorade and both cashiers had a problem with me shopping here 15 minutes before they closed. If you have a problem with your store hours, find a new job. Not my problem. I wasn't long at all. I bought one thing. This is the service you get when you put kids to work.

3 bananas for a dollar. Great experience amazing management and excellent customer service, going above and beyond expectations retrieved boxes for my storage unit space where the company I have my storage space with can't purchase small boxes because of the Corona virus

As of today UDF has lost my business. Every time ive gone in for a milkshake or some ice cream the employees become extremely standoffish. As if you're asking them to do something thats not part of their job. The overpriced ice cream is not worth the uncomfortable looks you get from employees for asking them to do their job. Literally had the dude working the register roll his eyes like a spoiled brat when i went to the ice cream counter.

So...one of the employees who drives a green jaguar and thinks he is privileged parks DIRECTLY in front of the store. I do believe that is an area for customers. Who decided he takes priority, especially when he spends most of his time holding up lines with his constant socializing (not with customers, but with his visitors)?? Poor customer service and zero rules for employees!!! I have had TOO many instances where this has been a problem. P.S. Your car is not as great as you think it is!!!!
