I had an issue with washer and decided to try Soap City. The place my husband and I used to use wash shut down for remodeling.
Someone recommended Soap City (2 years ago). I go there at least every 6 weeks.
The facility is always clean. I will only go when Carol works. She is very accommodating. She's normally on the floor folding clothes or sweeping and cleaning. She does an outstanding job. Soap City is fortunate to have her. I have been so impressed with the level of customer service she provides that on occasion I have brought her either a breakfast or lunch (Arby's or Wendy's).

It's a decent place in a safer part of the city. I had no issues with my items being touched. The dryer I used wasn't heating properly and the attendant gave me my quarters back. Take cash with you for change.

This is the cleanest laundromat. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I won't go to any other laundromat.

Very clean with friendly staff who who were happy to answer my questions about the machines. Definitely would come again when in town for business.

I've been going to this laundry mat for over 3 years... I go to this one bc it is the cheapest in the area, and I can't really afford to pay anymore. But that is the ONLY reason I go to this one.The older lady that works here is super rude, and will yell at you if she thinks you are doing even the littlest thing wrong, for example, using to much laundry detergent or putting to much laundry in one machine, so I try to avoid her at all cost. I hate being harassed while I'm doing my laundry. One of the machines didn't register a quarter I put in, and she accused me of trying to steal when I brought it to her attention. She also yelled at me for trash in the parking lot that she THOUGHT was mine, but wasn't.... she'll literally stare at you the entire time and basically push you out of the way so she can sweep around you.Sometimes the machines don't go through a full wash cycle and you'll need to switch machines and wait all over again. And the dryers take forever.
