Went in today to collect my birthday reward and when I went to the cashier to checkout she needed me to pull up my account witch wasn't an issue however there was no service in store I then tried to connect to there WiFi and my account still wouldn't load stepped outside to try to find service nothing. Went back in the store and let her know that I wasn't able to pull my account up and she informed me that all of Grove city didn't have very good service and I asked if she was able to just pull me up by email and she said unfortunately, no that she had to scan the barcode in my app I live in Mount Sterling and had to drive 32 minutes just to NOT get my birthday reward. ????

Music way too loud, staff standing around taking and not assisting customers while a sale is going on. I can find what I need myself, but it would have been nice to be acknowledged.

Great sale going on today. Went to buy some foaming hand soap. I think they are a bit costly so I wait for them to go on sale then stock up.They have some wonderful scents.

This store has always been pretty clean and the employees are helpful and kind. They pride themselves, it seems, on being attentive to patrons and stock.

Standard Bath & Body Works store. Always well staffed with friendly people. Hard to keep any retail store clean and organized this time of year, but the staff at this location are doing great. The only negative is how much prices have gone up for these products. I remember not too long ago paying under $10 per bottle. Now it's practically double. But, wait for those magical sales. Went back after Christmas and got twice as much for a few dollars less than I spent a few days prior.
