“Broadway Station has been such a blessing for my wife and I. From the high-quality appliances and beautiful landscaping to the exceptionally professional staff, everything about Broadway is top tier. We absolutely love that Broadway lies right in the historical downtown of Grove City and we became frequent customers of the local coffee shop and farmers market. While we lived at Broadway, we also adopted our first dog and were thrilled with how dog-friendly and accommodating they are. We loved that our Dash got to make so many sweet friends while we were there. We can’t say enough wonderful things about the property/leasing manager, Janna. She was not only efficient at making the move-in process quick and painless, but she also clearly works hard to maintain the joy of the Broadway experience the whole time we were residents. And we are convinced she loves Dash just as much (if not more) than we do! We also want to give a huge props to the maintenance manager, Michael. He was always very quick to respond and fix the very few, small issues we had while we were there. It is obvious to us how hard he works to maintain and keep the property beautiful. We would still be here if life wasn’t taking us away from the Columbus area. This is a great place to make home.”

“Great living space. I hope your rental is near l the trash disposal or elevator. If not the architect was not considerate to all the tenants. Their is a great pool area but it is a long walk if your rental is on the opposite side. This would detour me from the amenities.”

“I actually stayed in the hotel. This hotel is part of the Autograph collection so the style, decor, privacy features, space, simply everything was absolutely gorgeous. You will not be disappointed in this hotel. Luxury is an understatement. The restaurant located inside is called The Keep and they can keep their food because I was not happy.”

“I’ve lived here for 18 months. I really have no complaints. All public hallways and common areas are always kept very clean. Every maintenance request i have submitted has been responded to with Someone in my apartment within a day or so, even when it’s something small like the microwave light being out. The issues with garage safety and prices have all been well responded to by maintenance, they both lowered the parking prices and installed a new gate and security to address the break ins. I’ve truly loved living here and have recommended several of my friends to also live here”

“I was greeted and taken on a tour right away. The lovely manager—Valerie? —was kind, prepared and answered all my questions. She allowed me to take a few photos to share with my sister and I loved the place. Well kept, beautiful decor, and a great private patio.”

“My family and I have been living here for over a year and half, all we can say is good things. We are very much grateful for kela and all the maintenance team. They have always made sure to go above and beyond to help my family with anything we may need. They literally found my car keys from the trash after 1 week of being lost. THE BEST . BOOK YOUR TOUR TODAY for the best apartment building in downtown!!”

“Cornell always does an excellent job maintaining the property. He is so friendly and helpful and makes living here a great experience. Maintenance is very efficient and completes work orders in under a day. The pool has been under construction for some time so that is my only negative comment since it’s a commodity I would like to use.”

“My partner and I have lived in a duplex managed by Morgan Kingland for a little over 7 months so I will break down our experience over that time in a pros/cons list. NOTE: This is NOT listed in order of importance.Pros:1. Affordability. Our rent is cheaper than our previous location which is helpful as my partner is working part time while going to school at OSU.2. Location. The apartment is on King Ave and in a walkable neighborhood. I don't have to drive to get groceries (Kroger nearby). There are many restaurants and bars down Grandview and West 5th. We also live close to our workplaces and close enough to OSU for it to be a quick drive/bike ride(those last few aren't applicable to everyone obviously but it makes this a good location for us).3. Management communication/Maintenance. Management is always quick to communicate using their web portal. Maintenance requests are filled usually within 24 hours. They are prompt and usually complete the job on the first go around with minimal disturbance to my partner and I. Additionally, emails or messages sent to management not regarding maintenance requests are answered pretty quickly as well. For example there was a car blocking the driveway they responded to our concerns quickly and sent an email out to all tenants in their nearby apartment buildings about the situation.4. Pet friendly. Most (but not all) apartments nowadays are pet friendly. Morgan Kingland lists on their website what pets are allowed.5. Ability to make space your own: After talking with the person who does the work on the outside of the properties (grass cutting, hedge trimming, picking up litter etc.) he stated that it would be okay to utilize the mulch beds for planting our own flowers/herbs. It's nice to know we have the ability to do this so long as we make sure we communicate with both management and groundskeeping. ALSO I was able to decorate the outside for Halloween and Christmas which again may not be everyone's cup of tea but it really made the place feel more homey.6. Parking. There is a small lot behind the duplex that is shared with the apartment building adjacent to us. Even though there are many tenants in the other building as well we've not had difficulty finding a spot for our vehicle. This location does have most necessities within biking distance so you don't technically need a car but if you do have one parking should be available.7. Washer/dryer hookups. A personal preference one but I don't like using shared facilities/laundromats.Cons: NOTE, most of these can be chalked up to our duplex being a house that is around 100 years old.1. The building is old. This makes it more difficult to heat/cool. The floors are a bit warped in spaces (not structural issue but makes the floor squeak). The pipes almost froze (partially on us) but older buildings are probably more susceptible too.2. Older appliances. This one isn't a big issue for us since as long as the stove heats up our food and the fridge keeps it cool we're all good. The sink did have some leaking issues and even though maintenance responded promptly each time it took a few tries before it was completely fixed.3. Dust. I think whoever cleaned the apartment before we moved in could have done a better job. Some light fixtures had a lot of dust and the vents have a small filter over them to make sure dust isn't getting blown out.4. Communication. A very unique incident but the physical internet cable had to be cut due to garbage collection saying they would not take garbage if it was hanging that low (it hadn't been a problem for months so not sure what that was) It did take management some hours to send this information out after we had initially tried to contact Spectrum about it.5. Lack of public transit in the area. Obviously not MK's fault, just a personal observation.6. Weird wiring. Switch in one bedroom can control lights in the other. One switch for each porch light. Not bad just odd.Overall it's a really good place to live run by responsive and responsible man”

“Prior to moving to 80 on The Commons last August, I toured countless other properties in this area. The apartments are beautiful and well crafted. The location is stellar and close to so many attractions . The office staff and maintenance team have thus far been responsive, helpful, and professional. The building is cleaned frequently, and I love the safety measures in place to prevent others from roaming around the building and floors they don't reside on. They've updated the community room and it is beautiful and functional for an alternative place to work remote or relax. My only complaint so far has been the cost of my electric bill during these winter months but that's a story for NEC and not the property. It's a very solid choice if you are looking to move in the Columbus downtown area!”

“The location, amenities, layouts, and responsiveness of maintenance / office here are great! The cost is high and continues to grow, but this is to be expected at a complex like this. Newer complexes in area with the same level of amenities with much smaller sq footage, etc seem to be higher priced. Have been here about 4 years now!”

“I’ve been a resident here for almost a year now. This is my first apartment and I’ve had nothing but great experiences. Staff is welcoming and friendly and easy to get a hold of. Pet friendly ! I take my dog everyday to the lobby to get his free treat. I love when special events are going on. Food trucks and different contests for your chance to win a prize!”

“I LOVE this apartment! I’ve been here for almost 2 years. It’s definitely my favorite apartment of all time. I love the two doors, one is a back door to the fire escape the other has a locked downstairs door where one must buzz to get in. I feel very safe due to it.My neighbors are wonderfully nice, polite and quiet too. Mixed crowd of college students to working professionals. Thankfully the walls are so thick most people can’t hear anything and the reverse is true too.Yes it is very old but that’s it’s charm! My suggestion for most people when living here: buy ceramic heaters off of Amazon for winter. Two is suffice. Get a 3rd one for backup or if you need to be toasty. My electric bill is never over $60 a month. I notice that if your neighbors run their air you won’t have to run yours as often. The only issue outside of the actual apartment are noise and parking.A. Tape your parking pass to your window to avoid towing from shamrock.B. Get city parking passes they’re only $25 a year!!! A Steal compared to most cities.C. Buy at least two noise machines! The bars and their patrons can get LOUD at night, and I mean ANY NIGHT. I run at least one during the week and two-three during the weekend.Otherwise it’s an adorably peaceful place to live.”

“Keith and Brad have been keeping me in the know for my fridge. With the new maintenance team, they resolved all of my issues and with the fridge problem, they're working with me currently on a solution as it's a special case.Coming from Easton and Dublin and Whitehall, I am happy to say that this has been the best apartment team I've had and one of the prettiest apartments.A couple of small cons - some of the tenants are lazy and had their animals do their business in the wrong spots. The leasing office made a statement and have been attempting to handle it, but a couple of cameras in those specific areas would be nice. And there is nearby construction. Been going on for months. It sucks honestly, but it's not the apartment team's fault.I plan on staying and perhaps upgrading to a 2 bedroom with my partner. One of your best options for downtown, especially near German Village.”

“I enjoy living here. I get free coffee every morning, the Columbus commons is close by and they have very cool events. my dog loves if here, not so much the dog park, but she loves the staff and there is going to be a coffee shop right under the apartment soon.”

“I am very glad that the large neon "WONDER BREAD" sign west of N. Fourth St. and north of I-670 is still there in spite of the fact that Wonder Bread is no longer manufactured anywhere near there.I am often directing people in the downtown area who are driving me on N. Fourth St. to I-670 west to Rte. 315 north to "turn left at 'WONDER BREAD'."The "I-670 west to Dayton" freeway sign on N. Fourth St. is partially hidden by the I-670 bridge; that left turn would be far more difficult for me to point out to drivers without that large "WONDER BREAD" sign being there.”

“Affordable and nice size apartment. But if you don't smoke don't come. Neighbors smoke so much weed the smell is always in your place. New management on sight is leaps better then the last manager.”

“I’ve heard they have new management there now and I’m sure things will improve. Honestly you can’t blame nobody but the people who leave trash on ground and who leave apartments in terrible condition after moving out. It takes time to get things under control especially when the prior management wasn’t doing their part. Give it time and you will see good things.”

“The people here make the difference that no other apartment complex could ever offer.Ill be completely honest. The start of my journey with UV was rough. We had a leak in our ceiling that i had reported to maintenance a few times that ended up turning into a burst pipe on Christmas Eve. Our apartment was covered in sawdust from having to remove the ceiling and water all over the ground. We were so frustrated.I spoke with Brent, I believe he is the overall manager of the complex, and stated my concerns. I knew that our apartment was now an emergency maintenance and that they were less concerned about out living space. I had shown him pictures of the state of the apartment and my frustration with how I came home on Christmas Eve. He was SO understanding. No one would want to come home to that. He gave me the direct phone number of the main maintenance guy and allowed me to personally speak with him about my concerns and what we would like done to the apartment to get it back up and running.During this time, we were on vacation BUT we were offered an alternative place to stay if the maintenance took longer than our vacation. Brent had also sent housekeeping to come and clean the maintenance mess and i have never seen a sink sparkle like that in my life!! (And they didn’t even mess with the sink, she cleaned EVERYTHING!)After it was all said and done, we had a few issues with our water pressure and were unable to shower for a few days to which we then spoke with Brent again. We were exhausted from everything that needed to be done and the holidays.Again, everyone at the office was SO UNDERSTANDING. If you are nice and cooperative, you will see the same effort back to you. It truly is a breath of fresh air to be listened to.When we got our new ceiling and better water pressure, we had a conversation about resigning our lease to which they did everything in their power to accommodate us.The office personnel is SO nice. They are there to help us in our most frustrated stage. The girl that is always at the front desk, Leann, she is SO helpful too and she is also a resident! So she can relate to everything going on and she really vouched for us. The people here make the absolute difference. Also just a little shout out to the female bus drivers! They are the sweetest women ever! They give you a smile before your dreadful 8am lab and make you feel like you are home.Ella is also one of the sweetest leasing agents there, she is so personable and remembers your name and helps you out so personally. would love to chat w her anytime! If you want management to listen, sign with University Village. You probably wont get this service at any other apartment complex. They also have a kick a** coffee machine!! (And tanning, i love being bronzed.)”

“I'm giving them 5 ⭐️'s only because I feel people are being to harsh on this place. US as PEOPLE make the neighborhood NOT the other way around! The workers aren't the ones who's making it unsafe, unsanitary, and just plain GHETTO ??! You all as a community need to come together and DO BETTER! If you see something that is disturbing SPEAK UP. How are they supposed to do anything about something that not brought to their attention. And come on folks anywhere is NOT safe anymore especially after the pandemic and prices have went up everyone is on edge and will do just about ANYTHING to get by. I'm a single mother of 3 and is looking for a place to stay and it's not where you live it's HOW YOU CHOOSE TO LIVE! I would be happy to stay somewhere instead of the streets. So be grateful and what's best for you and your family. But are they accepting new applicants?”
