After stopping at two other shops for a minor issue with my RAV4, the guys at Bratfish took care of it within 30 minutes. I am super happy I stopped and will be recommending Bratfish to my friends and family!?!

My car was towed to Bratfish after being rear ended. Every auto body place my insurance tried to send my car to was going to be weeks/months before it could even be looked at. I called Bratfish since my car was already there and they were able to look at the car and get the quote to my insurance that same day. Although there have been delays in a part beyond their control they kept me updated during the entire process so I was always aware of what was happening. I am super happy with the work completed on my car and the customer service.

My car was totaled on Thanksgiving by a drug dealer who rear-ended me while I was stopped at a red light near Rumpke. The ensuing insurance situation was a complete nightmare, but the folks at Bratfish really helped me out.I was stalled for over 2 months attempting to resolve an insurance claim. The folks at Bratfish pushed the insurance company to do something. I heard back from the insurance company within 48 hours despite my countless attempts. Without Bratfish it wouldn’t have happened.I just want to publicly say that every single person at Bratfish is kind, genuinely interested in helping you, and just all around a class act. Do not let the hole in the wall appearance fool you—if you’re in need of help, they will do their level best at all hours of the day.Fantastic people.

Blew a tire yesterday in front of their store. Went in to get a tow to dealership the guys came outside and put my spare on for me at no charge to get where I was going. They saved the day!!!

When the order arrived there was missing a part. Said could order again after already putting everything else seald back on. A few days later, I call says don't call us, we will call you when get the part so I ask when will that be and says probably by Monday. A week later, I have still heard nothing and it's a Friday...

Not super impressed.was referred to Bratfish by a friend. Took the car in to get looked at, then had ro schedule 2nd appointment to get it looked at closer.an estimate was made, a time frame of 4 days was given.dropped the car off and complete radio silence.didnt hear anything from them at all.made 7 calls about my car only to be told , tomorrow over and over.finally got the car back 14 days after dropped off . And the work was decent, some of the items were not buffed like they were supposed to be. I will not be using them again, or referring anyone eitherServices: Painting

Great place to take you car for body repairs. These guys know what they are doing. You will be very happy with their work. Friendly staff and willing to explain what is needed and why. You don't have any worries when you go with Bratfish. They will take good care of you.
