I was a first time client with an emergency. They got me in on the same day. I didn’t have to wait and my kitty got the medicine she needed to get healthy. I had to have blood work done and she told me that she would honor that blood work for three months for a teeth cleaning. That will save me Money! I even called a day later concerned about my cat and her medicine and they walked me through it. And they did a follow up call a few days later. My cat and myself are very happy customers!

I had very high hopes for this practice. Office staff and tech were friendly and professional. The Vet however, Dr Gerber, was unfriendly and insensitive. Treated my aging dog roughly. Have had alot of pets and I have run a pet care business. This was the first time I have experienced this sort of treatment. Extremely upsetting. Will not return. Would only see a Vet that treats my pets with care and affection. When I notified the practice I wouldn't be returning nobody even inquired as to why. Not the way to run a practice nor deal with clients and their beloved pets.

First time here ,staff was outstanding..My dog got injured ,they did radiographs . Vet took her time explained things ..one of the staff even help get her 75lb body out of the truck into the office ...she is on the Rd to recovery!!

Called this place due to my puppy having parvo had cash in hand a good enough chunk to get my puppy treatment for 3 days at least I was told they didn't have time to mess with the puppy and to find some where else that would take the puppy. If you need a good veternarian take them to Lynn veternarian hospital they will do anything to save your animals even though they didn't have room/time.

The vet was quick to tell me I only had 2 options when I took my dog there. He had a seizure and she was told me while he was having one I had 2 options 1 rush him to medvet in dayton or 2 put him down. End up taking him to medvet and they got him taking care of hes doing wonderful now. Was only middle ear infection and he had the seizure at green lawn because the vet wouldn't check him out until I put a Muzzle on him and I fought him trying to get it on and the pain and he had a fever caused him to have a seizure. So I wasted my time and money take him to green lawn. Cost me almost 180.. but other then that the business itself is clean well taken care of the other staff was amazing and caring. Not so much as the vet herself. Was plenty of parking. Easy to find.

When Dr. Robert Burns had this hospital. I felt like this was an extension on my family since the 1990's. And nothing has changed since he retired. It still seems like family & they still have a 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐rating!
