Landlords slack on mowing property's yards,poor communication,and maintenance man just walks straight in your home if you need something fixed and sees that your front door is open. Also addressed a black mold issue that they just covered up[reason I had to move]

EB realty apparently thinks it is good business to evict a 67 year old woman with MS and cancer. A woman who is not late on rent and has broken no rules. EB realty also thinks it’s good business practice to tell the person they are evicting the reason behind it is per landlord request (EB Realty is the landlord) this woman is handicap and they are going to make her homeless. A home she has lived in for over 20 years.
