I just ran into a situation in which Get-go withheld some funds from me temporarily. As I preceded into the store to ask about what happened this lovely young lady named LONDON helped me with the issue and guided me through the process. Obviously I was quite distraught for having Funds missing from my account but she completely saved the situation with her caring , warm personality and made sure I was taking care of. LONDON is the type of team member you want in any establishment. She has great people skills is calm , collected has the smile to fit the character and just plain good energy. I had to make sure that this is noted and not overlooked. Give that girl a raise ? ?. Seriously.

The attendant kept taking my card out of my hand as I was trying to pay. I found that to be EXTREMELY university professional. I will never return to this gas station.

It's just a Getgo gas station, you might think. And it is very small compared the megaplexes of today, you might also suggest. And its store is tiny! Yes, yes, and yes. So why an above average mark? This place has a free tire air pump with automatic shutoff when it reaches your preset p.s.i. number. Free air? The Speedway down the street makes you pay in quarters or with a credit card for air. Many stations have let their pumps fall into disrepair and simply never fix them. Coming here, getting the massive Giant Eagle affinity gasoline discount, and then topping off your tires with this magnificent machine makes my day. It's the little things...

This location is no longer open 24 hours (unlike it clearly states on the Google maps listing and on their website). When it switched from their regular hours to being open 24 hours around a year ago, I was confused because there is another GetGo down the street less than 2 miles away at Grandview Yard that is also open 24 hours. But it was convinient for me so I didn't question it, it's not my job to rationalize their business decisions. In this day and age, it seems pretty simple and streamlined enough to quickly edit the most important fact about your business online. Why not update the information? Because apparently it was more important to them to boost sales and advertise the fact that they randomly switched to 24 hours, than the sheer confusion and inconvenience of their customers when they decide to change it back. Let your customers know this, is that seriously too much to ask? Also like many other reviews say, don't attempt to go here during peak traffic hours unless you love being blocked in for an extended period of time or having a line of impatient people form almost into the adjacent road when you're trying to pump air. So thanks for wasting my gas, and more importantly my time.

Called looking to see if this location sold E85, the lady I spoke with said what's that. I explained to her that it's a type of fuel and it would be at the gas pump and she got rude and hung up on me.

Gas is cheaper elsewhere, but the getgo is cute and very clean!
