I know nothing about cars, but frequently use their free diagnostic tool when mine acts up. The workers are always nothing but helpful, and admit when they aren't knowledgeable on something.

This was my best visit to AutoZone! Brooke was my sales associate and she got the part I needed. She also searched for something that wasn't online and found it! Saved my husband and I $100 from ordering from the dealership! I came with the old part in my hand and she video called with my husband to confirm we got the right part! Give her a raise!

They didn't have exactly what I needed but their employee suggested an alternative that worked perfectly. I don't normally shop here (several stores are closer for me) but since stopping for this item, I've returned for additional parts.
