The Manger KAT is a complete joke! She likes to make people with CHILDREN stand out in the rain during a COMMUNITY EVENT. She offered the awning where they still got rained on??♀️ Then proceeds to tell everyone the bathroom is out of order and out walked a little kid. She was rude and hung up on me twice when I tried to get clarification, her name, and someone else to contact. Piss poor customer service!!! Hopefully this lady loses her job if she hates working with the public that much. She obviously wasn’t raised with manners from the way she spoke to me. Do better?

Used to be a great store with lively personnel, now it's okay. They recently got rid of kerosene and swapped it for diesel, I get it, but now you can't get in the parking lot at times with all the trucks. If you're in late and want a $5 cup of milk, just ask Mark to make you a milkshake.

More than half of the employees are about a hair away from hanging themselves right there in the store because they decided to get a job at UDF and don't like said job. Protip: no one is forcing you to work there. Prices are insane on literally everything. God forbid you ask for an ice cream. Y'know, their signature thing. I'd recommend just going to a whole different town if you need anything from a gas station because First Stop is no better.

It was 11:06 (give or take a minute or two) and I needed to use the bathroom, Guy at the counter was still checking the last couple people out, I peek in as someones leaving (doors by now were locked) and ask if I can use it and am told "No, we're closed" by one of the rudest employees I've met in my life. My advice, Go to Shell for Gas. They're a hell of a lot nicer.

United Dairy Farmers (UDF) is a fun place to get ice cream while visiting Georgetown, Ohio. It is located inside a UDF gas station and convenience store. It offers a wide range of ice cream, shakes, and sundaes. The staff was friendly, and the prices were reasonable.

United dairy Farmers is the worst store I have ever seen, They have no Donuts at 9:00 in the morning, They don’t restock their shelf’s at night and have very high prices on everything, I don’t Recommend going there

Small town United Dairy Farmers Location. Laid back and the perfect place for the kids to get a treat and soak up the last little bit of summer. Staff has always been friendly and location is clean.

This place is a disappointment management abuses there customers asks for coorparate number and ur told to leave when a manager follows you out just to put your kids down or degrade them this store is a disappointment and needs better management
