Went to this salon awhile ago. (Two years ago) It was horrific. Not sure if the girl works there or not anymore. I asked for a bob. Straight across cut and to thin my hair. She left it long in the back. She said “I do this for the moms” and then when she thinned my hair she did the top layer! I was scared to say anything at the time so I just paid and left and cried in the car on the way to another salon. Once I got there, they were mortified. Took photos for me to send to this salon. Anyways, it was so bad that I had to have my hair cut to my chin to fix it. I contacted the salon and showed them photos and they said “ we don’t have proof of what your hair looked like when you left here. The other salon has taken pictures of it as soon as I sat down! They gave me a refund but said I should have came in sooner and were rude to me after me having to go get all my hair cut off because of their stylists mistake.

I love this hair salon. Donna always gives me a good cut but the odd time if I get home and decide it needs just a little bit more done to it, you just give them a call sometime in the next day or two. They're more than happy for you to come back so they can fix it. ?

Great customer service. Got an appt in a reasonable amount of time. Got the haircut I asked for. Called other local places and couldn't even get a call back.

I have always had amazing service from this group! They really know how to make your vision work. The owner was amazingly patient with my husband. We went to them for our wedding styling, my mom went for a trim when she was in town, and I go back everytime I want to try something new! I have never had such a wonderful experience anywhere else and they are always friendly!
