Tiltons had informed me at my last appointment I should get my brakes replaced last February. So I just made the appointment last week and got them done. I will always give them my business not only for their promptness but being so kind. Thank you Bob, your are wonderful. Be blessed.

Always fast, always very helpful. They are also very reasonable on prices and compare our outdo AAA on most services.

As I have experienced each time I visit, service is completed with a can do attitude.
My wife’s Acura received a B 14 service and was ready by early afternoon. When I reached home O found my Mother in laws car in need of repairs also. Took it back the very same day and scheduled it for service in next 2 days.
Bob Bruning and the entire staff are courteous and very kind to explain what is needed.

I cannot say enough positive things about this place. I had a check engine light come on right before a week full of appointments and stress, after doing some research I knew it had to be transmission. Went in first thing on Monday, Bob said they were scheduling out til Friday but he’d see what he could do. They were amazing about contacting me, giving me my options and trying to take some of the added stress out of my life. I had a completely fixed car by Tuesday. I appreciate them for fitting me in to their already full schedule. I don’t know much about pricing of car repairs, but after assuming I was going to need a whole new transmission, and it ended up just being a part of my transmission, I would have paid whatever they quoted, but the price was well under what I had planned to shell out. I was referred here by a colleague, and I will continue referring people for as long as I’m in Gahanna!
