This place, number one, saved my life. Number two, all have become family. They not only care about numbers on the scale going down, they care about ME and why I am succeeding and/or why I am not. I began this journey about 3 years ago. I almost hit my goal and then COVID, Hypothyroidism and Menopause hit. I am now 30 pounds from my goal. The entire team has loved and encouraged me through this all. I wanted so bad to give up but they weren't going to let that happen. This is a life change, not just a quick loss of pounds. This program 200% works, if you are willing to WORK it. Growth comes with growing pains and each person in that office will go through the pains with you. Guaranteed. Jory runs the Gahanna office and is just as involved in my journey as anyone else. That speaks volumes. Matt is not only my weight loss guide, so to speak, but he also is my "therapist" and has become one of my dearest friends. He hugs me when I need it but will also put me in my place. Sophie, Miss J and Tamia....they are the first faces you see when you walk in. Always smiling, always helpful and truly make you feel welcome. They have listened to me more than they probably should have, but, ALWAYS showed me love and grace. Although Katie, Phylicia, Tara and Yvette aren't my regular "counselors", they ALL will step up when need be. They are so kind and are always there to lend a hand, a good thought a great advice. The nurses have been fabulous. If something isn't for me, they will tell me. Medications, etc. are monitored very closely and I appreciate that. Lauren, Wendy and Jessica have all spoken with me multiples times and have all given me the best guidance. If you are looking for a quick weight loss, yes, this program can work. I would encourage you to consider this a life journey and let each of these amazing individuals be a part of it.

Love this place! The shots WORK! I’m less hungry and the weight is falling off. I’ve had 3 shots and lost 10 lbs. the food is a little pricey but very good. I work out 3 days a week and made small changes in my diet and the results are awesome. I feel great. The folks that work at the Gahanna location are amazing so very professional and very nice. The front desk is always very courteous and knowledgeable. They know me by name and always make me feel comfortable. Easy scheduling and they have an ap the links to your scale (the scale is included) that makes it very easy to keep track of your weight loss journey. Love the people Love the journey and love the product!!!!

I have been coming to Options Gihanna for 18 months and Jaquetta Harris performs all my injections and she is fantastic!!! Extremely friendly, knowledgeable and always answers any questions. Options is lucky to have her.

Ive had so many bad experiences with any type of needle sticks. I was so nervous the first time. Tamia made me feel comfortable. Absolutely no issues. She is the only person that I let do my injections. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and organized. Tamia is amazing!!!
