The worst customer service at pharmacy staff ever I was actually on hold with a male person so he can on off my refill because one of them was already ready that was 7 o’clock on July 2 at 7 o’clock. They close at 8:11 next-door to the CVS. He put me on hold because it should’ve been already refilled. He said I’ll be right back and hung up the phone on me I tried to call 702 all the way to 740 and he would not answer the phone that was very rude and I don’t even think that person should be working at CVS never had a problem with that CVS ever person that was working on July 2 at 7 PM was the worst employee you guys go from five star to one I’m very upset

I will be pulling my prescription from CVS! Pharmacist Natalie/Natalia refused to fill my prescription and it could be filled today. I escalated it to customer relations only to get the run around by a Hilda and a Melissa and the only thing Melissa was worried about is me giving a positive feedback so she's telling me too, instead of showing good customer service skills to get a positive feedback? All I can say is WOW! I was against robots doing humans jobs but now I'm all for it because you have customer service and the healthcare workers who are voided of humanness and empathy! Good riddance CVS!

Great service, these ladies know what they’re doing! The One thing I would say is that I believe this location for minute clinic is open way too late (8pm) and it’s giving the perception that it gives urgent care level of care but it’s a minute clinic. I strongly recommend changing hours to 5 o’clock to keep the great staff and care they provide! A real urgent care is open late. Again, the care was amazing and professional. They deserve to go home!

Had my flu and COVID vaccines and the pharmacist on duty made it a very pleasant experience. He was prompt, friendly and professional.

Why a CVS Pharmacy is open in the pharmacy itself is not open does not make any sense to me why you have a pharmacy that opens inside of a pharmacy later and you don't allow your employees to come into that Pharmacy to actually get prescriptions ready before they open that were called in after they close would make too much sense I don't understand why you wouldn't make this happen if you're going to make your Pharmacy less convenient in hours make it more convenient by having the prescriptions ready especially called in less than 24 hours or 12 hours being closed you should still have somebody Manning this shop to make these prescriptions for emergencies cuz you never know what health emergency somebody's actually going through at middle of the night and then we show favoritism to patients and don't do a first come first serve basis there's no customer service there's only talking back

Pharmacy called my husband on his cell (but were calling for me). We weren't together so I called them back. Was on hold for over 30 minutes and no one picked up the call. No idea what they are calling about and apparently I'll never know. They also don't regularly stock accutane.

my experience with this pharmacy has been absolutely terrible they are good at filling prescription and bad with customer service often, just my experience. and forget trying to call they will hang up on you, if you have my experience! they made me fell like total garbage when i am going through a very difficult time in my health. I'm sure it wasn't personal. they probably need more employees!

Please listen. You are better off driving somewhere else to get your prescription. These guys lack clarity and adequate communication when it comes to your medicine. They messed up my orders twice and I just don’t have the patience for it.

If you have an extra are card and use their coupons, they will cancel your order or not allow you to use the coupons that CVS GAVE YOU if the discount your getting is too good. And my order was still 4 something and you guys cancelled it for absolutely no reason. This CVS is really horrible. And for being a union and a corporate company, y'all should be ashamed. The pharmacy is just as bad as the actual store. They dispensed he incorrect controlled substance narcotic to me one day. I had to take it back to the store. Corporate shut this store down.

Great deals and love their store brands. BUT I only shop their sales. Prices otherwise. . . . . . Good thing they have the Carepass and other perks that keep me coming back often
