Literally a breath of fresh air!!! This is my second time utilizing Alishia and her skills in purchasing & selling a home. She is completely knowledgeable and answered any and all of my questions. She is prompt in every aspect of timelines, working with my lender, & genuinely working with and around my schedule (which is literally always chaos). She is so personable, friendly, and honestly can tell she just loves her job and helping/working with people. I purchased my second home in a private sale as she sold my home she was also ensuring i was protected and knowledgeable in purchasing my next adventure. She walked me through paperwork and explained everything thoroughly. The process of selling my home on the fly, going through the lender process, and purchasing the home of my dreams was such a smooth process in that aspect with having her on my side. I really cant say enough positive things about her!! I don't plan on moving anytime soon, BUT if i ever do and want to go through the smoothest and most enjoyable encounter again i will absolutely be giving her a call!

Absolutely amazing! Denise was so wonderful to work with! She showed us many houses and we fell in love with the house we bought right away. We were first time home buyers, She helped us every step of the way. Super amazing lady and would most definitely work with her again and recommend her to anyone!

Fantastic Experience! Denise Workman has an incredible knowledge of the housing market and is ready to help with any confusion with dealing with buying a house. Her communication was clear and straight forward throughout the whole process; any confusion I had was cleared up with a question I asked Denise. Overall she made the experience a simple and pleasant one. I couldn't imagine going through this process without her and I'm glad I chose her to be my agent! I'm very pleased with my experience! I would do it all over again with Denise Workman!

We had the BEST buying experience with Jaime! We moved from out of state and had to rely on video tours of houses, and we had a very different type of mortgage that was a PAIN. Jaime took on the challenges without hesitation. She was always available, very helpful, and walked us through every step of the process making it easier than I thought it would be. Walking into our first home, OUR home, for the very first time was an incredible feeling and it wouldn't have been possible without Jaime!

From start to finish Stephanie was reliable, helpful, courteous and compassionate. . I have to start by saying that I am truly grateful that we began working with Stephanie, and if we had to do this again, we would undoubtedly reach out to her. My husband and I recommend her. She exceeded every expectation we had. She was always prompt in communication, she was always transparent and she upheld all commitments she made to us (and then some, trust me). She knows the market, she understands the process and she is with you every step of the way. She has a wealth of resources and is willing to connect you with them. She wasn’t just professional, her demeanor is so kind, caring and supportive that I really always felt like we had someone on our side looking out for us. She made it feel personal. The best realtor in town! I highly recommend using Alishia Poorman as your realtor. She answered all of our many questions we had being first time home buyers. She is very knowledgeable about every step it takes to purchase a home. Alishia would let us know about any house that came onto the market that met our wants and needs right away. She listens to what your needs are and she has no problem showing you any home you are interested in viewing and doesn’t make you feel bad for looking at even hundreds if you needed too! Wendy is truly amazing! I feel like we got super lucky linking up with her. I had been speaking to several realtors but Wendy hit all the right buttons. Interested, helpful, knowledgeable, un biased, kind, and even keeled.
