Booked 2 rooms. One with a king bed and one with 2 queen beds. Once we arrived, the 2 queen bed room was actually a king with a pull out couch. They need to change their website because it's very misleading. Had to get a third room for my other coworker. The rooms were clean. The TV, however, had limited channels and the fridge had a freezer area but per usual they didn't get anywhere close to cold enough. Breakfast was very limited as well but had really good orange juice.

Could not sleep due to aVERY heavy footed person stomping back and forth above me. Tried to use the room phone and didn't work. Had to use my cell phone to call desk to complain. Got the excuse of a regular getting ready for work. No offer of compensation either monetarily or points.

I’ve stayed here multiple times for business, I love the gym and the location. I’ve never been acknowledged for being a diamond member but that really doesn’t bother me as I’m not a people person and prefer to be left alone. This week I checked in on Monday evening and went to bed around 10pm, woke up multiple times itching and finally at 2am I found a bed bug and I had red bumps on both arms, my neck and back. I caught a bug and put it in a coffee cup and took it to the front desk. They told me they’d put me in a different room the next day so I spent the next 4 hours sitting in the computer chair and then went to work. Spent 3 more nights itching like crazy and not being able to sleep. I went back to the front desk and showed them the swelling and red, blisters and the morning guy acted like he could care less. They ended up giving me $40 off a $515 tab and never got an apology or anything from the manager. My company uses this hotel every time someone travels here up until I put the word out…I personally would have stayed there again had I got an apology, $40 discount for 4 sleepless nights and blisters didn’t make me happy

Stayed here a couple of days on business. Nicely situated off the highway. Not much selection of places to eat other fast food or fast casual in the area. Rooms were quiet and updated. Bed was comfortable and slept pretty good. Staff was accommodating and breakfast was well...an HIE breakfast.

Worst hotel experience EVER. No customer service. Had a room booked for 5 days and selected to pay at check in. Got to check in at 11pm at night, ready to just go to bed. The clerk, Tracy, that tried to check us in said our card had declined. Okay, shouldn’t have but whatever. Used a different card, declined as well. Told us it’s not his system and it’s our cards. Checked cards, nope got the money and no lock. He said he couldn’t help us at all and that there was no way it was his system. So, now it’s midnight and we graciously found a hotel down the street and they helped us wonderfully. Never will I EVER stay at a holiday inn ever again. I would like management to contact me.

My husband and I are in our late sixties. Everytime we book a room with Holiday Inn Express they give us a handicap room even though we are not handicapped in anyway. This particular rooms shower flooded the whole bathroom floor due to very bad design of the shower for people who are not handicapped. I do not want a hand held shower head when taking a shower. Ruined the whole stay with Holiday Inn Express in Franklin, OH. Staff was not friendly at all and the noise from the room above at night made it hard to sleep. Please do not assume people in their sixties need a handicapped room or even want one. Save these rooms for those who actually need them.

Terrible experience and will be counting IHG corporate and the better business bureau immediately! We were told we could use the pool for 30min since we just got married and the first guy was nice, the second guy named Tracy was absolutely rude and disgusting and disrespectful. I will be reporting him to his supervisor, and to corporate. I have already submitted a BBB complaint and will be contacted by corporate within 72 hours

Pros: Hotel and room was very clean. Breakfast was good and plenty of food. Cons: Fitness center consists of a treadmill and elliptical. No vending machines and limited drinks in “gift shop.” Not enough parking spaces for the rooms available.

Our stay was overall pleasant, but it seemed as if our heater in the room quit before we got through our first night, and was very loud. Breakfast was very nice. Bathroom had some minor things such as paint peeling, wobbly fixtures. Living space was kinda dark, only back lighting. Even with minor inconveniences, we'd stay again.
