Worst place I every been to. Every time I call to make an appointment there's always a rude person that talks to me. I will never go back for any medical treatment

I Like Dr. Feldman... I do not like the front desk staff at all... I'll be looking for a new Doctor. Plain and simple.02/20/2024 Update: (Clearly I spent the block and came back to the practice) I called to request my medical records 02/14/2024 for her IEP meeting on 02/20/2024. I spoke with the with the rep non-Hispanic one and asked for the medical records. I was told by the rep that I would have to wait 30 days because it has to go through different channels! After that I told the rep that I would be requesting all medical records and removing my children from the practice cause I have never heard of such a thing. Now here we are I have a 4th grader struggling in her academics and no doctor docs... After I called today they became ready after I said I was filing a complaint. As I told the nice Hispanic lady they should have been ready to go Friday of last week. Now the IEP meeting is over and my child couldn't be properly accommodated since I didn't have the paperwork. Upset is not even the word....

I have had good and bad experiences here. I would have to say that the bad outweighs the good for sure. I had to change my doctor due to the judgemental attitude she had towards me.

I've been going to the dental side for years, but recently started bringing my kids. My toddler boy has an appointment, and they also squeezed my toddler girl in as well. The dentist was absolutely amazing, so gentle and polite, her assistant was awesome too, the receptionist was a god sent so helpful. They made it a wonderful experience!!! Would give more than 5 stars if it was an option!! This place has improved so much over the years. Edit this as my normal provider has retired I now see Dr. Smith and I have to say he is awesome. He is kind and listens, and I love Monica the nurse she has always been a joy!

I am astounded by the GREAT care I received at this location. The staff was friendly and the doctors were GREAT!! I have never visited a more compassionate healthcare provider. Without their care and the sliding fee payments, I would not be alive today.

RE-REVIEWED:They constantly Text (which charges your phone), call, and email you several times before ypur scheduled appointment.The people who do the paperwork were even more rude over the phone.I canceled my 1st appointment due to fact that they HARASSED me with 8 texts, 11 phone calls, and over 7 emails within a week after filling out paperwork. They also made my insurance company contact me because they were basing my income on my fiance's income which should of been irrelevant because he isnt on my insurance plan nor was he the one filing out paperwork for a dental appointment to get a filling done. We werent married!My advice, DONT GO HERE, THEY WILL WASTE YOUR TIME AND CHARGE MONEY BY TEXTING YOU BECAUSE ADDITIONAL CHARGES.I would star them a 0 if i could.PREVIOUS REVIEW WAS 2 STARS:I just went in for paperwork and I didnt have the best experience so far. I had to fill out paperwork about my income, and they kept on asking about my fiance's income.. He and i dont share same health insurance nor should his income matter for MY PAPERWORK, to see a dentist.I felt like they were judging me and being really rude about not having any income at the moment due to health reasons. Both ladies were very disrespectful.The place was clean. The front receptionist was nice.

Did you know Drs can apparently diagnose you with things without your knowledge by putting it in your chart after your visit but never saying anything? Did you know they can make these diagnosis' based on things that aren't even there? Did you know if they do this no matter the proof they won't take it off your chart? (Well at least not without making you jump through hoops and gaslighting you... and delaying the process over and over)This is why big people and women avoid Drs.I'm still fighting it.Don't ever go to centerpoint health in Franklin.

Called multiple times just to get someone and was transferred multiple times as well. The receptionist don’t sound welcoming nor do they try to hide their tone. Reviews look god awful and the ones that are 5 stars are likely fakes. Like, who willingly drives 50+ miles to see the dentist. If it’s an emergency you would want them to be close. “DAD MY TEETH ALL FELL OUT! HOLD ON SON, WE’LL BE THERE IN ANOTHER HOUR.” Anyways, see ya

My mother has been calling for 8 days and cannot get a refill of her insulin. She has left messages and talked directly to multiple people on the phone. She had to ration for 3 days and is now completely out! Absolutely unacceptable!! I have a feeling she will be changing offices very soon!

If I could give zero stars I would. The dental center is an absolute joke. They have done more damage to my kids teeth than anything. On top of that they are always wanting to reschedule. I had made an appointment in the summer of last year for months out. Already half way to the office and they call me last second to cancel. And they couldn’t reschedule for another 6 months!! Totally unacceptable, especially since it was their own fault. Stay far, FAR away from this place. My new dentist office even mentioned how awful this place is and how often they mistreat their patients.

The way this office is run is.. a joke. The 2 front desk girls are arguing with patients, gossiping (LOUDLY) and eating food every visit. Patients waiting in lobby for 30 minutes and then can expect another 2/3 hour wait back in the room before the doctor ever sees you. We’ve had to ask if we were forgotten about once after sitting in a room for 2 hours without even a nurse coming by. The doctor herself is wonderful but you can tell she is completely overwhelmed and overworked with an incompetent staff. We are sad because she is such a nice lady and has seen our baby since birth but after today’s visit we are finding a new pediatrician.

Every single time I come here the front desk staff is rude and the wait times are absolutely ridiculous. If I could send an invoice for my wasted time I absolutely would. You schedule me for X time see me at that time. Simple. I understand there may be a bit of a wait but more than an hour on multiple occasions? No. If you can't accommodate the times don't schedule them. I asked how much longer it would be...as you could imagine trying to keep an infant sitting still happy for that amount of time is a chore. She says did you check in? I told her I did and she said no you didn't. Okay well you took my call from the parking lot as per directed and instructed me to come in. You greeted me when I came in. Then WATCHED me check in at the kiosk. Then sitting in the waiting room an hour and the bell didn't go off something was up? Get rid of the kiosk. It obviously is a waste of time and space and check in people the old fashioned way where we both have confirmation I am here and I am waiting.If it wasn't for how fantastic Dr. Fedlman and the practitioners are, I probably would switch. I have a lot of various appointments to upkeep and spending excess time at one hurts my entire day.
