Well I'm impressed I've never seen a group of more strung out looking nurses in my entire life. Put the pipe down!!.. I don't know how you can go into this building and not see the staff is loaded . not an environment that I would want my family in

Too short staff to care for residence properly. In 3 weeks time, she was taken to hospital twice after missed standard vital signs.Also heavy presence of Bed Bugs. I literally caught some and showed staff but was dismissed.My mother's safety depended on us Leaving this toxic place.
