There is a person who answers the phone named Katie that is extremely rude. I will never shop here because this woman is so rude, not sure why she works in a customer service related field. The owner should find someone kinder.

I love this place! Rebecca and the others working here are very professional. Rebecca and Beth in particular have helped me with medical issues conventional doctors have poo-pooed away, to the detriment of my health. I'm not one to call out other people but in reference to the woman who gave a scathing one star review and not being personally involved in the situation, no one called her a liar on the phone. I have dealt with the ladies in this office for years over the phone and have heard them numerous times on the phone with others. They are nothing but kind and professional on the phone.

She (Rebecca) has definitely helped me avoid another invasive surgery maybe two or three surgeries. Once they cut on you, she can't put it back. Try to go there first. I've been going to her off and on for 20 years.

I was completely surprised by how unprofessional this company was. I found them online and ordered something last minute (my chasteberry formulaL which is currently out of production and hard to find). Their website said they had 2 bottles in stock, so I ordered them. They were the 1 oz size. A couple of days after ordering them, I received a call from the company stating they did not have the 1 oz bottles in stock but had a 4 oz bottle and would bill my credit card a second time for the difference if I was interested in purchasing it. I agreed. About a week later, maybe 10 days later, I get a package in the mail from them and it was some product called Flower Essence. I had never heard of it. I looked at the packaging list to see what was on it and it said the Chasteberry FormulaL so obviously they had no quality control or someone would have checked the error. The next morning I called them to explain that I received the wrong product and they wanted me to send the wrong one back to them at my expense. They said my product had gone to another customer and they had already called her and when she sent them back my product, they would send it to me with an envelope to reimburse me for shipping. Well two weeks went by and I still didn't have my product. Every time I called them, they would just say "the other customer hasn't sent your product back to us". Anyway, time goes by and I called and they SUDDENLY received my product and were sending it to me that day (yeah right). Another week went by and I finally get it and open it and the seal on top is broken off. I know this bottle went to another customer's house and now I am freaked out about using it since it has no safety seal. I have been buying this product for 4 years and have NEVER had one that didn't have a safety seal so I know the MFG company puts a seal on it. So I called them once again to try and find out what happened. The lady on the phone called me a LIAR and said she mailed the package to me with a safety seal. There was a 1 oz bottle in the box (along with the 4oz bottle) and the 1 oz bottle had the safety seal on it but the 4oz bottle did NOT. I explained that to her and she once again called me a LIAR. I demanded to know at that time how they have managed to stay in business treating customers that way. I told her I was astonished at their lack of customer service and she agreed to give me a credit on my bill for an undetermined amount. She would have to "do the math" and get back with me. Well, she never got back with me...after several days a credit appeared on my card for thirty something dollars and I spent well over fifty dollars on this order. Bottom line, I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN. I failed to mention that in the second box, they included a $4.00 check to cover my shipping. I want to be fair to them in regard to everything they did...but overall I was NOT pleased with this experience and will not do business again with them. In all the years I have ordered on-line from different companies, I have never had to write anyone a bad review...but this whole experience was over the top as far as BAD.
