Was a customer for 21 years have a tank on property, had to call the last 3 years for the rental to be waived because they stated WHEN YOU FILL AT LEAST ONCE A YEAR WE WILL WAVE THE FEE, well they decided to change the rules 6 months ago WITHOUT sending a notice(professional I know!) So they wanna charge us double because they say you now have to order DOUBLE what you usually do in order for the fee to be waved, so we say cancel our account for them to say in order for them to take the tank back we have to pay $149 for removal....yeah good luck, we will see you in court, not only did you waste our time but you lost a customer of 21 years jacka$$

Place is a joke paid on my bill and it came out of my bank account and now they say they never received the payment and it shows it did on my bank account and they will not fix it or credit my account this is the second time they have done this. Time to fine a different gas company. Cant afford to lose 300 bucks agIn.

Easy to use online propane ordering. Email statement delivery with 30-day net terms. Very easy propane company to deal with.
