My husband went for shoes and got 2 pair fir about $60. I went looking for a child's birthday gift and while I didn't find that found 2 very nice women's blouses. All in all a good trip.

Marshals up in Strongsville, Ohio, is bigger, really clean, and organized compared to Marshall's in Key West, which is small, not all that organized... before covid-19 hit , I use to find clothes thrown on the floor or over the racks. Now, they seem better.

Used to love this location. Never had zero issues. What I loved most about this location was that they make it so easy to return things & never had an issue. Went in today to make a return & was told since it was 1 day past 30 days they could only give me a store credit. I have returned items a few months after purchase (due to forgetfulness) & never had an issue getting money back to my original payment method. They made it seem like it was such an issue to put the money back on my card. Will no longer frequent this location. I’ll go to the others in the area that don’t cause any trouble when trying to make a return.

OMG I had to come home and take a full shower, I have watery and itchy eyes .This place is really dirty , filthyI stopped coming to this location a year ago because they're fitting room is so dirty and dusty that you can't even try on clothes.I decided to give them another chance today , I should've just went home,it was so clutteredThe floors literally had little piles of trash assuming someone was attempting to sweep but kept leaving tracks behind .The bathroom dirtyThe fitting room , I had to take a video and pictures because I cannot make this up.The floor from the handicap dressing room the corners where black full of dust like dust balls . I literally had to stand on the countertop of the fitting room to try on some jeans real fast , against my better judgment .I should've just went home .my personal clothes got dirty with dust . my coat was dusty my nose started to run . I can't .. I will never return back to this location. This location really need to get there stuff together . this is a disgrace and it's unsanitary as well.
