Google review #500! We love visiting the Fairview Park Lens Crafters. The ladies there are so helpful and really help make glasses shopping easier with their confident advice and guidance. If it weren’t for the staff we would take our business elsewhere. We will always be returning to this location!

I’d like to compliment Selina of the Westgate LensCrafters team. My recent experience with her in selecting new frames was excellent. Her communications through the entire order procedure was honest and transparent. Great customer service. It’s why I go to LenCrafters.

Selina was great ! I went in to get my wife’s nose piece replaced on her Ray Bans and she was very kind and helpful. I was in and out in 5 minutes ! It’s rare things go this smoothly now a days :) so thankful :)

Went to this office a year ago and was already surprised by the up charge that Westgate Optometry uses for for the supposedly upgraded eye exam equipment, in which I paid more than expected for both myself and Dad. I was unable to use the glasses since my eyes never adjusted due to the prescription being very inaccurate. Luckily, I still have an older pair of glasses from Opti- Vision 4 U with a perfect prescription, in which I will have them put into the newer glasses, so I won’t feel like I wasted money. I was triggered this morning since once again I received an email confirmation for an upcoming appointment I never scheduled myself, although months ago when I received the initial notification of that appointment I called and told the office I don’t wish to return back there and that appointment should not have been scheduled for myself and my father, who also received a email notification. Although, we were NOT happy with Westgate Optometry, I will say that I did like that LensCrafters did offer a nice selection of different styles of glasses.

The staff was amazing they made the process of purchasing eyeglasses simple. This was my first time purchasing eyeglasses and they worked with my budget using my insurance. Highly recommend

Paid 45 for eye exam and harassed to pay 100-400 dollars worth of glasses when I said NO countless times. Just wanted the prescription to fill elsewhere that could cover my insurance... Plus doctor never dilated my eyes. Never coming back again!!!
