Everyone from the gentlemen that helped me as soon as I pulled in ...to the awesome interior professionals were top notch!! Super friendly....accommodating...apologetic even though my wait was not at all bad. I also encountered them being extremely nice to someone in front of me that was complaining about things that I witnessed not to be true. I would give 10 stars if I could. My experience was from today ..09/11/2024....I hope the awesome staff that helped me today is recognized!!

I have been a member of this car wash for over 5 years . I scheduled a detail for my car. Requested the 175.00 Standard Ultimate Interior Detail. I spoke to Vince when making the appointment . Explained to Vince the car was not “dirty” it just had a leak in the cabin and mainly wanted to get the interior floors cleaned . The package I chose INCLUDED these services. Vince did say they would check the car just to make sure it was not excessively dirty , and obviously that would change the price . When I dropped the car off , I cleaned out all items in the car. The floor looked totally clean other than the mats , which I was throwing out anyway . I explained to the detailer there was a leak and that is mainly why I was getting it cleaned . He then says that shampooing is NOT included in the service. I explained based on the website and Vince it is. He then said well extraction is not included . Again … on the website it is. He said that’s odd … because it’s not . So I ask him how much extra is it .. he said how about 50.00 more .. so 225.00 .. I say fine . But then after going home and seeing very clearly those services are included I decide .. no .. I don’t like the idea of charging extra and the car was not excessively dirty. So O call immediately (Friday , service was schedule for Sat.) I call back Sat morning to ensure no work would be done on my car, and request a refund of the 50.00 deposit I paid. Vince will not call me back , finally today Tues 9/3 I am told they will not refund my deposit because I was told service would cost more. Also stating they schedule the detailer for my car for Sat… when I clearly over heard them saying my car was not even on the schedule for Sat… but my deposit was paid ! All in all I won’t get my deposit back . AND they won’t cancel my membership .. I have to come in and sign saying I want to cancel . Wild …. Wild …. Wild. At the end of the day they continue to push a clearly upset customer … never will I do business here again .. I am just one customer and I know it won’t matter .. but be careful with the business .

Came to Splash for the first time and really appreciated how friendly and helpful all of the front counter personnel are. When I spoke to Vince about some interior detail work he was so excited to explain the different packages and options they offer can't wait to bring this back.

Long time customers. We've had memberships, done detailing, and frequently have all 3 of our cars washed. In between washes I'll sometimes pop in for a few minutes to vaccuum up some of the kids Cheerios. Today however, I was aggressively greeted by a gentleman named Jeff, who told me to pay $3 for vaccuums or leave. As a small business owner here in Bath, with a strong network, I gotta say you must do better than hiking across a large parking lot to the harrass a customer who's invested quite a bit into your company who is simply looking to use 1 of your 20 vacant vaccuums. Absolutely must do better..

Paid for services that were not received. The gentleman did offer to do rims by hand, but no! Car was still dirty after $22 wash. Too expensive for services! Just watch that you are getting what you pay for!

I’ve been a member here for years as are many of my friends and family. Today I used the extended interior car service and wow.., best money I ever spent and I’m on a budget! They did a fantastic job and I’m thrilled. That my car looks almost new again! What I liked most is I customize the service that I wanted and didn’t have to just say all detail or no detail. I will be taking my daughter’s vehicle there soon! The staff is always friendly and informative. Thank you, Splash!.

Vinny and his crew did an amazing job detailing my old smelly stained car that I just got, they got all the stains out and got it smelling as good as new and looking as good as new

Very friendly. Great job in the quick detailing center. Clean waiting room. Let me know about some offers. They talk fast when entering the quick detail. Trunks are added cost..fyi...for when you tell the person taking the order. That person should be asking about the trunk. Great place, definitely going back.

Pretty impressive - love the bug tar remover buckets before the wash. Unlimited memberships great deal! Also gives you extra discounts on detail services. Express detail is awesome. $23 for a van and takes about 25 minutes. They do a great job and are really polite!

1.had a simple request to help with licence plate change, but the look on the face gave it away, not even tried.
